Tyenna Riverbank

Hosted by Eilidh · National Park, Tasmania
Avatar
Our stunning riverside property sits between Mt Field National park and Marriott Falls. Our boundary line is a premier trout fishing spot "The Tyenna". We share this beautiful spot with platypus, wallaby, possum, wombat, echidna, Tasmanian Devil and Eastern barred bandicoot among many others. Every campsite is on the riverside with wonderful wooded areas to explore. 10 minutes up the road is world class mountain bike tracks Maydena bike park and Tassie bound adventures kayaking tours. We run a permaculture farmstead, organically grown fruit, berries, nuts and vegetables, along with a flock of sheep, geese, ducks, chickens, turkeys and guinea fowl. No amenities so campers will need to be self-sufficient with own camping toilet. We follow the leave no trace ethos, so please take all your rubbish and waste with you when you leave. We are not a dog friendly property.
