Beautiful located right beside the Ringarooma River. Fish in the river, swim or just spot a platypus in the river. There is a kayak that you are welcome to use to have a paddle in the water. We have a 40ft shipping container now on site, this has books and games you are welcome to use during your stay. It also has jams, sauces and honey for sale. You can now find us and follow us on Facebook. Search Derby Frasers Flats. No Motorbikes to be used on site. No motorbikes to be used at this camp. Property is located a 5 minutes' drive out of Derby. You can cross the river and then you are on the bike track that will take you to Derby or Branxholm, this is a beautiful walking track or carry your bike across river then ride. Quiet location perfect place to stay for a few nights. Awesome quiet spot to get away. Property is on a working dairy/beef farm. Wood available for sale at camp to use in fire pits for just $10 a tub. We have just put in a private dump point for guest convince. By arrangement if time permits I can arrange for a cost of $20 per person a look at our dairy during milking.

Place was absolutely amazing! Would have loved to have spent at least a week here just enjoying the property ! There are SO MANY activities in the shipping container, Trails from the property, a beautiful creek to ponder life at and kayak on + so much in Derby. Will definitely be back and will definitely recommend!

Beautiful peaceful spot nestled on a working dairy farm next to the Ringarooma river and has its own platypus population. HUGE Level sites, fire pits with wood available on site. Bikes, kayaks and other things available for use of campers. Town of Derby with walking distance and Branxholm on a few km away. However, you would think you are in the middle of nowhere. Easy access with our 21ft van. Rosie, our host, visits daily and is very friendly and helpful. We will return.

Loved our stay at Fraser Flats, we were the only ones there but the owner met us and gave us some local recommendations, we loved falling off the kayaks going down the river, each site had its own firepit which was nice and the sunset there that night was beautiful

Absolutely beautiful spot, such a nice vibe and very close to Derby. Beautiful section of river (we had a lucky encounter with a friendly platypus) nice open campsites with plenty of space and beautiful sunrises. Container with games and toys is a great touch, kids had a great time. Big thanks to Rosie and co. for hosting us. Buy the blueberry jam, relish and honey.

Absolutely everything is perfect! Rosie is amazing! So fun to ride the bikes into town & kayaking on the river. So much space for each campsite and loved having our own fire pit. A stunning location! And Make sure you try the blackberry jam!

Fraser Flats was everything we expected and more. A brilliant site, next to Ringarooma river, on a large farm, in a tranquil valley. Derby is just done the road, with the Dorest Pub and The Hub pizza house, but we just lived the chance to chill and enjoy the natural environment.
