Adult Only The clean and relaxing park on the Murray River …. Welcome to Waterfront Holiday Park at Tailem Bend. Our Campgrounds, Accommodation are Adult focused, so no playgrounds or swimming pools. We have the Murray River on our property so swimming in the river is a great experience. Please do not book if you have children in your group. We’re the perfect stop-off point if you’re traveling from Melbourne or Sydney to Adelaide…or … The perfect Basecamp for short trips, with most places of interest surrounding Adelaide much easier to access without traffic lights from our location just 50 minutes from the city. We can offer you all the facilities you need to make your stay stress free with our easy going approach. With large sites, stay hitched up if you wish…… Room to Relax. Well-behaved pets are welcome. With big shady trees and awesome views of the Murray River, Waterfront Holiday Park is the perfect place to just relax and unwind. With no jumping castles or playgrounds onsite, adult relaxation is our focus. The Park’s privately owned river frontage includes a boating harbor and boat ramp which is perfect for a morning paddle or water skiing all day. Our backwater is also home to many birds including swans, ducks, pelicans, and many more. Within short driving distance are major attractions including The Bend Motorsport Park, Old Tailem Town, Monarto Safari Park, The Coorong, and The National Motor Museum. The Barossa, Adelaide Hills, and Langhorne Creek wine regions with many quality cellar doors in each area. In Tailem Bend town center you will be delighted at the quality of food and coffee at numerous locally owned and operated cafes, restaurants, bakery, and hotels.

Beautifully well kept caravan park. Lovely amenities all clean and well maintained. A great riverside spot. The only downside is the constant road noise and freight trains rumbling by. Yes it's right on the Princes Highway so be prepared for that and you won't be disappointed.

Access was easy and location was a delight close to the Murray River. The grassed campsites were great especially travelling with a dog. The ablutions were first rate. The cooking area equipped with BBQ and table were convenient would prefer additional facilities eg kettle, toaster, microwave as we were in a rented campervan. Highly recommend the stay. Thank you

Great spot to camp - lovely lawn, amazing views. The fire pits and wood were a nice surprise. Toilets and showers are clean and accessible. Evan and Cathy are just lovely to chat to too. We have already re-booked for later in the year.

We opted for the en suite pitch to finish the last 2 nights of our trip. Absolutely brilliant. Beautifully clean, well maintained and equipped shower/toilet/sink cubicle on a really nice large area. A short walk to the lake, with pelicans galore and the most wonderful sunset. Great hosts, quickly responded to queries. Great modern and well kept amenities. Great location.

One of the best camping experiences we’ve had. The location has so much to offer, and watching the sunset up close was absolutely beautiful. Waterfront is just the most gorgeous riverside camp I have ever been to. The facilities are next level, always clean and much more than you would expect from a “caravan park”. Other campers are exceptionally friendly, even inviting us to join them for dinner. The atmosphere is second to none; the picturesque river view, the serenity, the bird life. Everything is just gorgeous!

Beautifully kept grounds ~ you can see the work that is put into it to keep the grass so green and the amenities spotless. Nicest laundry/toilets we have seen on our trip and recommend the walk down to the water’s edge. Highly recommend but be aware that it is on a busy road so noise at the cliff top sites is dependant on the wind

We loved camping overnight at Waterfront Holiday Park, Taliem Bend. Very spacious pitches and clean facilities. The toilet and shower block exceeded my expectations on cleanliness. Perfect overnight break to refresh on our road trip. The booking and check in process was seamless.

Location was excellent with great shade for a few 35+ days. Site is on rock so a little hard to peg in but if you have a screw drill or a person with strong arms for a hammer and peg you can get it done. Other sites have lush grass that is meticulously cared for by the owners. Everyone was quiet and courteous in the campground. Hosts were excellent to deal with and took care of the amenities promptly. You can tell they take great pride in this campsite. Water is an easy walk away with plenty of places for relaxing swims. 💯 recommend for short or long stays.

Lovely campground with beautiful green grass, generous sized sites, and a gorgeous sunset river view. The ammenities were very luxurious, large, clean, and very modern. The laundry didn’t require coins which was handy. The campground is also a 30 minute drive from Monarto Safari park which is a huge bonus. Highly recommend this spot!
