Beautiful spot - tucked away, with a pretty creek that you can explore and fall asleep to. And a little walk up the hill gives you views of the ocean.
Alexandra was great at communicating with us ahead of the trip to make sure we knew where we were going and familiar with the spot before we arrived.

We have camped here a few times. We love that there is no phone reception and no facilities so it's all back to basics.
Light a fire, play some board games or go for a drive to Victor Harbor.
There is a little creek near the campsite for some soothing white noise all day long.

We loved our stay at Alexandra’s camp. The small creek that was running and the bird life was extra special along with the privacy that comes with being the only people camped there. Highly recommend this beautiful sanctuary

Highly recommend! Our stay at Waitpinga Ridge Creek Camp was a lovely private escape into nature. We thought the site was beautifully thought through, it is secluded, nestled among some gum trees and adjacent to farmland, a perfect blend of tranquility and privacy. Our host Alexandra was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring our needs were met. The unpowered, self-sufficient setup allowed us to fully disconnect and immerse ourselves in the peaceful surroundings. We highly recommend this spot for anyone seeking a quiet, nature-filled retreat and will be back for sure.

Wouldn't recommend this to friends. Almost $50 per night for a corner of a sheep paddock with no facilities. I've stayed in way better free camps.

Waitpinga Ridge Creek Camp
We loved staying at Waitpinga Ridge. The camp site was beautiful, so peaceful and relaxing and yet so close to everything you need at Victor Harbor. Communication with the host was prompt and efficient and everything was very easy and convenient. We managed to get our large, heavy off road van in and out of the site without a problem, even though the track to get there is quite a long steep hill. Would definitely recommend and would love to visit again!

I required a few days of total rest and relaxation, time to breathe and reset... And with a digital detox, a bubbling creek, rustling leaves, lots of butterflies, surrounded by wonderful tall gums, and a very private site, it was perfect! Thank you Alex for this site...

Great spot with plenty of shade of the gum trees with a running creek nearby. We had the campsite to ourselves and it was very quiet and secluded. We loved it and will absolutely be back soon.

We had a great stay and enjoyed the quietness that the campsite has to offer. I enjoyed that there was no phone reception. Proper off grid camping but close to Victor Harbor where you can get anything you need.

We loved staying at Alexandra's Farm, it felt like we had the place to our selves and was lots of farm life surrounding the camp. Camp site was neat and tidy with lots of space. Recommend bringing levelling chocks if staying in campervan or rooftop tent as the site is on a slight slope. Will be back and recommending to other friends.

This is an absolutely gorgeous campsite. It had everything - beautiful creek, fire pit for a warm fire, beautiful scenery and farm animals galore. The kids loved the sheep, cows and even horses and seeing the farmers on the neighboring property working.
Highly recommend, we will definitely be back!

Is a beautiful place. It can get quite windy though - after all that's what Waitpinga stands for - so come prepared for that. But a really lovely spot and great to have a stream. The host is friendly and responsive. Great value for money.

We had an enjoyable stay at Alex's property. The sound from the water flowing in the creek was magical. The campsite was private and we couldn't have expected any better.
There was plenty of shade and the campsite was sheltered from the wind. It's a quick drive to Encounter Bay and Victor harbor.
I'm looking forward to visiting again.

Lovely private hidden little spot down in the valley of a million butterflies. Stayed over new years period, water running in the creek no one here just us and a couple of cows in the paddock behind us.

My wife and I loved our 5 day stay at Alexandra's land.
It was just what we needed. It was quiet and tranquil with easy directions to the camp site.
It was a close drive to beaches and Victor Harbour.
The camp site is very spacious and Plenty of space.
We loved the spot and would definitely spend be back.

We would highly recommend this campsite to anyone! Idyllic and peaceful surroundings and the site was easy to access with clear directions. A perfect spot to escape from the city for a few nights.

We were really happy with this spot, it was easy, private, flat and near a babbling creek with dappled shade from the gums. The nearby cows, chooks and sheep were lovely to see every day, there wasn’t anything to fault, we’d come again :)

An absolute gold mine of a spot! I want to keep this place a secret to be honest so I can have it all to myself regularly. Alex was awesome giving us detailed instructions on how to get there, such a beautiful location that’s perfectly situated on the coast, close enough to the beaches but feeling like no one else is around. Will 100% be returning here and I cannot wait to show my friends this place.

Perfect getaway.
The space is private and beautiful. We loved having the cows and sheep to view right at our camp site. The sound of the creek was very serene. So close to victor harbour and the sites of waitpinga.
Would definitely stay here again in a heart beat.

Was a great spot for a few nights.
Pros - quiet, creek running with water, beautiful spot. Trees for shade and shelter.
Some people may find the slope tricky with setup, and glampers will probably not love the fresh sheep poo around the place. Didn’t bother us too much, we cleaned up the site area and all was good. Green grass this time of year - beautiful. Not a cheap camp, but we enjoyed it. Great for us as a last minute spot. Lovely couple running it. Thanks heaps for having us Alex and Jake. Firewood was available and dropped off which was very much needed for the cold wet nights. Thanks heaps.
