Welcome to Our Farm – A Hidden Valley Retreat Nestled in a beautiful hidden valley on 30 acres, our farm is home to friendly dogs, horses, alpacas, rabbits, guinea pigs, two camels, two cheeky pigs, Galloway cows, and chooks — along with wildlife including birds, kangaroos, koalas, owls, and even an echidna! From our hills, enjoy sweeping views to the lake and the charming winter creek, where frogs create a gentle evening soundtrack. We’re just minutes from the McLaren Vale wine region, local Hills wineries, and 35 minutes from Victor Harbor’s coast. For a meal out, The Greenman Inn is 5 minutes down the road, with cozy wood fires in winter and a beautiful outdoor area in summer. All three of our private, well-spaced sites include toilet facilities and offer something unique for overnight stays or day visits with a picnic. You can even walk to the sites for a day outing and enjoy the views, the creek, and fresh air, especially at The Hut, perched atop the hills. Topspot – a peaceful hilltop hideaway among the trees with amazing views. 4WD is required for overnight stays. The Hut – a rugged hut with three enclosed sides, perfect for sunset drinks or a picnic. Suitable for tents or camper trailers; 4WD and reasonable backing skills required. The Laneway – beside the winter creek, ideal for small caravans, motorhomes, 2WD vehicles, or tents (please check with hosts if your vehicle is large). Family & Animal Experiences: Pets are welcome (please keep them under control unless discussed with hosts). Families are encouraged to contact us during their stay if they’d like to meet our farm and rescue animals, and we’ll arrange a visit around feeding time. $10 from every booking goes directly toward feeding and caring for our animals, helping keep them happy and healthy. Notes & Safety: Autumn and winter rains may make hill tracks slippery; bookings may need rescheduling for safety. Fires must be contained within the provided fire pits. During bushfire season, open wood fires are not permitted. Limited phone coverage is available at The Laneway. Please respect all guests: loud music and disruptive behaviour are not tolerated.

The Laneway – Creekside Serenity Among the Trees Welcome to The Laneway, a tranquil creekside retreat nestled among beautiful trees, also on our 30-acre property. The winter creek gently lulls you to sleep, while the chorus of birds acts as nature’s alarm clock. Watch for our resident owl, and enjoy the evening chatter of the frogs — it’s an immersive country escape for all ages. The site offers several spots to pitch a tent, park a camper trailer, or RV. (Please check with the hosts if you have a large vehicle to ensure it fits comfortably.) Comfort and convenience are thoughtfully provided. A flushing camping toilet is housed in a permanent private amenities building, so you can enjoy the outdoors without compromising comfort. Families are warmly welcomed. If you or your children would like to meet our farm and rescue animals, please contact us during your stay to let us know you’re interested, and we’ll arrange a suitable time around feeding. Connecting with the animals is a highlight for guests of all ages. As with The Hut, $10 from every booking goes directly toward feeding and caring for our farm and rescue animals, helping us maintain a safe and happy home for them. Please observe a 9 pm noise curfew: loud music or disruptive behaviour is not tolerated, and all waste must be removed — leave no trace. It is my third trip to Noorla Farm. We had a great time camping at the Laneway. The Hosts were welcoming as usual. I had a great time learning how to feed the animals and give them treats. I would definitely recommend Noorla farm.

The Laneway
Sam, Chris and their menagerie of gorgeous animals, most of which have been rescued are the most beautiful beings that walked this earth!! When we arrived they were so accommodating re which site we could have as lucky 🍀 for us, they were strangely available so we picked the “horse arena” site for our Hybrid caravan. Next time we will be staying at “The Hut”. We were gifted home made biscuits and their chickens egg and they spent time with us feeding the animals and then 2 days later a while morning with our grandkids. If you don’t book here, you have missed a piece of heaven on earth hosted by a divine couple!! 100 out of 10 💓

The Hut
We had such a wonderful experience staying at The Hut! The place is absolutely stunning.. peaceful, beautifully set up, and the views are just breathtaking. It’s the perfect spot to relax and disconnect. Sam was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the little welcome treat was such a thoughtful touch. You can really feel the care and effort that’s been put into creating such a special space. We truly appreciated our stay and would highly recommend The Hut to anyone looking for a beautiful and memorable camping experience. We can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved it camping at Noorla Farm. The laneway camping spot was really amazing as it is close to the animals. Only good things to say about our hosts San and Chris, thank you for the amazing moments with Ziggy, Ginger, Charlie and all the others. Grateful for the lovely two night stay!

The Hut
Really nice stay, the hut site is quite private up on the hill and has views out over the nearby valleys and hills. The hut itself is great to get out of the wind - open on 2 sides and a great place to watch the sun set from. The hosts are wonderful and asked if we wanted to watch them feed the various animals on the farm. Recommend a stay!

We really enjoyed our one night stay at Top Spot. It was a windy day and night however we made do and the view was totally worth it. Sam and her husband are lovely hosts, showed us around the farm and were more than welcoming. A small little gift box with fresh eggs, chocolates and home made cookies by Sam. We will definitely be back to try out their other spots!

Noorla happy farm is a great place to relax, the hosts were friendly, had a welcome pack. Had been there before, this time took some friends along. The kids enjoyed the animal feeding time. The site itself is tucked away in nature With trees to hug, grass to walk on, with birds and butterflies surrounding the site. We had a relaxing time, and definitely would recommend and return later.

From start to finish, we had an amazing experience at Sam's campsite. We were welcomed with an amazing welcome basket with fresh eggs and cookies. The kids loved the hands on feeding every night and were obsessed with their new best friends, the camels! Campsite was clean and level. Birds were a beautiful way to wake up. Thank you Sam!

What an amazing spot! 100% the best HIPCAMP we have stayed. We had a beautiful private spot at the laneway. The hosts were so lovely, they even let us to meet and feed their camels. If i am ever is this direction again i will definitely stop here again.

Our family loved camping at the laneway. Sam was very welcoming and was amazing with the kids. Got introduced to all the animals and given food to feed them, which the kids absolutely adored. The property is gorgeous, but the “Top Spot” with 360 views was breathtaking. Will definitely be coming back!

We had such a warm and welcoming stay at Sam’s place. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and we loved being surrounded by all the animals. You can really feel how much care and love they put into looking after them. It was a comforting and memorable experience. We’d definitely love to come back again if we get the chance.🩷

2nd time staying at the Top Spot , just soo beautiful, relaxing, and stress free! Sam is always accommodating, friendly and her home made box of goodies is the best !! One of my favourite spots to camp and I even let hubby and the dog attend this time 🤣

I really loved the farm camp. The host was very kind and had a great sense of humour. They took us on a tour of the whole farm, and we got to pet most of the animals. The guinea pigs were super cute, and there were also calves, piglets, and little ponies! I absolutely loved the farm life. 🐮🐷🐹

Camping and the animals!

We had amazing experiences here on Sam and Chris' Noorla Farm : ) This was my first ever camp with my 2 boys and we were made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Sam and Chris gave us the right advice and support to get us going as well as a lovely gift of eggs, homemade biscuits and sweets. We stayed at the Laneway and it was beautiful scenery and there was ever present nature including many species of bird calls that we awoke to in the morning, as well as the possums we spotted over night. There was also a kookaburra only a few meters from the tent, waiting in the morning. Sam and Chris very kindly helped us to pack up our new tent that we were struggling with. Quite unbelievable and unexpected. We were so lucky. And to totally cap it off we were treated to meeting all their animals, and my teenage boys got to gain many new experiences from patting camels to holding guinea pigs and collecting eggs. Chris had a great sense of humour when showing us around and was really present and giving of his time. Thank you so much Sam and Chris. We look forward to coming back again!

We had an amazing time at Noorla Farm. Sam was incredibly kind to let us know that our original spot might be unsafe after the heavy rain, so we opted for the Laneway spot instead. We loved being so close to the farm animals, especially the horses. Sam and his wife even showed us around and let us feed them, which was definitely the highlight of our stay. We can definitely feel the love and care they have for their babies. Thank you for the wonderful memories, we’ll definitely be back

We had a wonderful time staying at Sam and Chris’s farm. We loved the Laneway. Fantastic shade with the lovely creek. It overlooked the cows. Sam and Chris introduced us to all their animals. We met the camels, cows, Guinea pigs, rabbits, chickens and more. They were lovely to chat with and we will be back. We really appreciated the welcome basket and the voucher took us to the nearby winery of K1 wines. There are lots of beautiful places to visit nearby. This was a big family gathering for us and we made fantastic memories from it thanks to their hospitality.

Highly recommend this stay! It was a great location and the views were stunning. Sam and Chris were lovely people and provided us with a gift basket and took the time to introduce us to all their beautiful animals. Very convenient that the camp spots have toilets as well!

Amazing views !! A beautifully kept site , with a clean private portaloo, firepit, wooden table and bench seat . I had a lovely relaxing time at the Topspot site , also was lucky enough to help feed the animals , pat a camel ,a friendly pig and my favourite the cows with their babies!! Hosts were very welcoming, and I was given a little goody basket on arrival! I will definitely be back and bring the hubby and dog next time . Truly is a fabulous spot to camp , I would recommend to anyone 😁
