Port Hughes is known as a prime fishing destination, while our convenient location ensures easy access to the town centre, promising an unforgettable holiday experience by the beach. Great location. Lovely sunsets over the water. A pub with great meals on your doorstep. A great jetty. Caught several squid and had a brilliant fresh meal. Tidy and clean facilities, all in good working order. Good communication. Had a great stay :)

We loved our unpowered site! It was so close to the boardwalk that leads you to the beach, also, it allows us to go get a lovely short walk to the jetty. Love that we get to greet other guests who were walking along the boardwalk too. Our site must be a quiet area in low season and in our personal experience, the trees sheltering us were pruned well, short enough to have gazebo standing underneath. Amenities are great! Really good for young children and families. Friendly staff and great marketing!

Nothing wrong with thw the Park. Good facilities, all kept clean, staff friendly & helpful. But people who used the park set off fireworks Friday (10 lots) and Saturday (3-4 lots) nignts. And played loud music until 12am Frday & 3am Saturday nights. We had to settle our dogs after each event! (Next morning - screaming kids - no sleep in to recover)
