**Update 2024 - We are temporarily closed due to all the wet weather and our grounds being extremely wet. We look forward to welcoming you back when it starts to dry out. ** Woondum Ridge is 86 acres of pure Noosa hinterland serenity where rolling hills meet creek flats. Just minutes from the unique township of Cooran and only 40mins from world famous Noosa beaches! Cooran itself offers great little coffee shops, a General Store that is open 7 days a week and packed full of your essential items, an amazing paddock to plate restaurant ‘Hinterland’ and a funky brewery ‘Noosa Hinterland Brewing Co.’ The farm is a functioning small farm with 20 head of cattle and 2 horses following ecological farming processes. Guests can find trails on the farm to our infamous wine deck which offer views to the west towards the Mary Valley. A fire pit is provided, as well as a composting drop toilet (in dry conditions). A dressing room with shower amenities is available, although you will need to have your own portable shower and water to use in there. Bring your bike or horse for unlimited access to the Noosa Trail Network, wind down with a walk around the property in the afternoon and enjoy a camp dinner around a fire by night all the while listening to natures finest wildlife sounds. Kids 16 and under stay free! :)Unfold your camper, pitch your tent or pull up in your caravan to enjoy the quiet surroundings of these flats. A composting drop toilet and dressing room with shower amenities is available, although you will need to have your own portable shower to use in there. The terrain is quite flat and you will be surrounded by tall gum trees. There is a large dam, although there is no swimming access to this yet. Often you will be able to enjoy the company of our cattle/horses who are on a rotation around the 86acre property. Take an afternoon walk along our bush track up to higher hills where you can unwind and look over the western views of the Mary Valley. The walk is about 20mins and has some steep sections, but trust us, the afternoon sunsets here are picturesque and so worth it! Lovely people and lovely property. Highlight was Chelsea bringing the horses down in the morning for the kids. Great private stay. Highly recommended.

Having just stayed at Woondum Hipcamp, we were pleasantly surprised how beautiful & peaceful the area was. Chelsea is a beautiful host who greeted us on arrival. The walk up to the to hill was great, I love a good uphill adventure, then once up the top the view was beautiful. Would definitely go again, especially in winter with a fire, would also recommend 😊

Unbelievable site to camp. It had everything to the tranquility, the sunset views and the charm of the farm. Lovely little town less than 5 min drive away with everything you would need and more. Will 100% be returning. Chelsea was super nice to us and more than generous. Thank you for accommodating us.

The place of Chelsea and her husband was beautiful to spend good time within in the nature and some friends. The communication and the welcome was perfect. We loved the little details in the shower cabin and toilet. Definitely worth to book it. :)

Woondum Ridge - Tall Gum Flats
We loved the peace and quiet while staying in our caravan. Stargazing and plenty of birds, even saw a few micro bats and a kangaroo. Beautiful sunsets. The area available for camping is big enough so that campers won’t disturb each other. From here we explored Woondum National Park, Amamoor and Borumba. The hosts are really lovely and very helpful.

Was a great stay camping at the property. Chelsea was a lovely host and was prompt to respond to messages. Directions were clear and was quite easy to get around.

Chelsea, Mika and Jarrah were the most welcoming and generous hosts I’ve ever met! Our small group and dogs had the nicest time and loved the fire, the beautiful meadow, the dunny with a view and the “wine deck” 🍷 🌄 we will be back as much as possible.
