What a lovely spot! We were unfortunately there with the March flies ( November in the tropics!) but we lit a fire and they mostly left us alone to watch the birds. Theresa & Frank offered us the use of the swimming pool but it was cool enough at this altitude that we enjoyed a walk with our pooch and a glass of red by the fire.

Our stay at Twitchers Hill was brilliant. Frank and Theresa were so kind and accommodating and made sure our stay was comfortable. The site is beautiful with a view of the mountains. The amenities were good and have a hot shower. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely visit again.

The site is manacured, Frank keeps this place a picture. Theresa plants and cares.
Park under the Mango tree enjoy the 15m pool and explore the region.
Of all the HipCamps I have stayed in, many, the combination of the best hosts and best Camp this is it.
Enjoy. Ten out of Ten.

I loved twitchers hill so much had to stay another night. Amazing hosts, so welcoming and helpful. Beautiful mountain sunset views, very peacful with the birds singung, nice tiny creek or pool to swim.

Theresa and her husband were lovely hosts! Beautiful area with all the amenities (hot shower with use of kettle, clean bathroom, sink to clean dishes, campfire, table/chairs, and grass tennis court.
Theresa and her husband also provided us with recommendations of things to do in the area. Such a great place and kind people!
We will think fondly of our time here, although short!

Thank you so much Theresa and Frank 🙏🏽. We had the most amazing two night stay. Theresa and Frank are so incredibly kind and interesting to chat with. Their space is perfectly clean, spacious, serene, comfortable and beautiful. I only wish that we'd stayed longer! It's a wonderful site if you want to really relax into nature and enjoy the beautiful rainforest, sunset, pl lant life and bird song. Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality ☺️❤️

Camp amongst the rainforest at this beautiful property and you’ll want to stay forever! This slice of paradise is well worth the visit. We loved the gorgeous pool looking out over the most amazing view and enjoyed sitting by a campfire and looking at the stars. Highly recommend!!

My partner and I felt so at home! A warm welcome and host experience from Theresa and Frank plus a phenomenally maintained, picturesque campground grassy grounds overlooking the mountains made our stay more than we could’ve asked for! We swam, played tennis and read books! I hope to return one day!!

We had a wonderful time staying with Theresa and Frank. They are as kind and friendly a couple as you could ever hope to meet. We loved chatting about their productive garden and learning about the Julatten and lowland areas. The view is simply spectacular, especially on sunset. We also got to see lots of native wildlife and enjoyed a walk down to the end of the road. Such a priceless experience for us and one we hope to repeat in the near future. So grateful. ❤️

Lovely hosts, who went out of their way to make us welcome. Beautiful site. Everything we needed for a memorable stay was provided. The 1.5 km walk from the site to the end of the road is highly recommended.

Very obliging. We felt like part of the family. Peaceful stay. Great mountain views. Good easy access. Use of clean flushing toilet, sink , kettle, table and chairs , bush style shower, grassy flat area and a beautiful 15m pool. Would definitely recommend.

We loved the beautiful gardens and fruit trees with cute chicken and an amazing fireplace in Theresa and Franks Gardens. Super friendly hosts. The views are amazing and we had the best night. Looking forward to come back soon thank you so much.

We had such a beautiful two nights at twitchers hill. Such a stunning location in a beautiful garden looking over the mountains. Quiet and grateful to have used the pool!! Thankyou for our stay.

This was our most favourite place to stay - we felt very welcome and had everything we needed. It was so nice to sit around and have the sheltered kitchen area, it made practical things very easy. Beautiful birds and amazing views. In fact, we're thinking we need to relocate here! Thanks so much, Theresa and Frank 🐦
