Tiki Hut Creek Camp

A nice quiet spot with swimmable creek close by. Definitely necessary when the humidity starts rising. The facilities were unique and provided everything we were looking for to just unwind and do nothing but relax. Happy to recommend.

Incredible location & host

This location was beautiful, private and large. The amenities were clean and the area went above and beyond expectations. Small walk to the creek or a quick drive to the Cameron’s pocket swimming hole. Will absolutely revisit, we loved this spot.

Absolutely loved the stay at Tiki Hut. Loved the privacy, the facilities, the vibe and the space. Perfect for a solo camp or small group of friends/family. Will definitely be going back.

This is such a beautiful, relaxing space that we got to have all to ourselves. It's so convenient having all the amenities that the tiki hut provides. And loved having a creek all to ourselves. Tha ks so much David for sharing your piece of paradise with us.

Great spot

Had a great time at David’s, we had 5 cars, 4 camp setups with tent, swags, roof top camper and a camp trailer. Plenty of room for a cricket pitch, nice little stroll to the water hole for a fresh dip. Very relaxing and David has everything needed really for cooking. Could do with a backup gas bottle as did run out. Will come back

We had the best group camping here, 6 couples & 3 dogs . There is everything you could possibly need in the hut. Just bring a bed, some food & clothes. David is a fabulous host.

Secluded, picturesque escape

Tiki Hut was a well maintained, secluded beautiful place to stay. Close to a picturesque creek which would be beautiful to swim in on a hot day! Dave our host was extremely friendly and very helpful. Will definitely be planning a return visit and have already recommended to family and friends.

Coming down the driveway we had high expectations. We hadn’t been camping for a few years now and wanted an easy weekend away to get back in the van and spend some family time! Exceeded our needs by far. Fully self contained (just need your bedding and food) made everything so easy! Private, perfectly maintained area with our own section of creek to swim in. Credit and thanks to David for opening up the area to visitors. Will revisit!

We had a great night away. Lovely camp and the amenities are great. Loved the shower! The camp kitchen is fully stocked so don’t worry if you’ve forgotten pack something. The water hole was nice and refreshing. David was very accommodating and welcoming

Perfect place for camping in style

This is the perfect place for glamping! Booking both sites for our family meant we could make ourselves at home and spread out in the tikki hut for communal cooking. The kids were also able to have a great time on the grassed area without the parents stressing about where they were. And having full use of the bathroom and shower facilities to clean them up at the end of the day was the icing on the cake. Fully recommend David's for a fabulous stay.

We had the best stay here! It was so private, quiet and peaceful. David has kept the place absolutely immaculate. The beautiful flat green lawns, the perfect gardens, toilet and shower. We really could not have asked for more. We do a lot of camping and this one by far has been the best of them all. Highly recommend! Thanks again David! We will definitely be back

Beautiful rainforest getaway

We loved our relaxing stay at David’s unique property. The tiki hut was a great place to socialise and eat together as extended family, and enough room for our caravans to be separate to enjoy some privacy. Bird sounds and the trickling creek were a beautiful background. A hot shower surrounded by rainforest under a starry sky was a treat to remember. Fireflies paid a night time visit, that was a bit special. David’s hospitality and can do attitude made us feel right at home. Thank you David for sharing your beautiful piece of rainforest paradise.

We had a lovely relaxing stay that got us away from all the demands of life and just took things slow and was great to have no phone service! . It was very private and only one other site. I loved the outdoor rainforest shower and all the amenities to make the stay so comfortable. The creek was very refreshing to sooth aching feet🤭 such a lovely clearing provided a boundary for my autistic son who usually would wander off and he was very chill soaking in the outdoors. We stayed for 4 nights and took the opportunity to explore nearby towns that we usually miss. Seaforth has had a lovely upgrade and a nice day out for the family. David was a great host and we enjoyed his little treats he cooked for us thank you😁

We enjoyed a few nights at this beautiful property. Grounds were very well kept and space was large to set up. Loved the tiki hut, which was very well set up and kept. The shower and toilet facility were fantastic! David was very friendly and welcoming. We were also able to enjoy their swimming hole and another one close by. Would love to return one day!

We absolutely loved our stay! Being keen campers but definitely not so keen on crowds, this place is our new favourite!! From the stunning swimming hole to the touch of glam with the bathroom and warm shower located in the Tiki hut you can’t go wrong! David is a legend to deal with even surprised us and the kids with fresh home cooked doughnuts 🍩 will be back with friends for sure!! A++++++

10/10 would stay again. Host is super friendly. Campsite is lovely, it’s flat, lush and plenty of space. The amenities are amazing! toilet and an outdoor shower, everything to cook is already there. Swimming hole is cute, great place for a dip with the kiddies. It rained most of our weekend and we still had a fantastic time.
