Silver Ridge Toowoomba
We had a great couple of nights, only 10 minutes to the heart of Toowoomba. There’s not many places you can stay that offer the piece and quiet, great views (sun rise and sun set) and still be so convenient. Joan and Geoff are very nice hosts. Definitely recommend a visit.
In my opinion it’s only one camp site unless you are with a small group.

Highly recommend this place! Incredible escarpment views and the hosts were amazing with their communication about the place. Definitely add to your list for a mountain and country escape! Waking up to the amazing sunshine was incredible and watching the colours across the mountains was breath taking!

I loved this spot, the view from the campsite is really nice. I setup tent there and apart from the building up top that’s used for weddings I felt secluded, I would definitely go back.

Amazing stay! Such a wonderful experience to stay in such a special place with views over the whole region. The sunsets where 😍 we liked the flat bitumen area. We went in a 24ft caravan easy gate access and turn around spots.

We had a wonderful stay here with amazing views across the valley & mountains! Very peaceful & relaxing spot. The hosts Joan & Geoff were extremely accommodating, and it was a pleasure to meet them :) Highly recommend!!

We spent 3 nights at Silveridge. to go to the Toowoomba flower festival. The views were amazing and our host Joan was lovely and ever so helpful. . Best fire pit we have experienced and all set up when we arrived with ample firewood. We had the site all to ourselves which was amazing, as for us it could be a little too close for our comfort if there was another van there, but like I said, that is just us as this may not bother others. I would highly recommend camping here and if you are planning on getting married in the area, I would definitely check Silveridge Weddings as to get married here would be magical.

The hosts were so welcoming! Joan and her husband made us feel like we had ‘come home’. We had the whole area to ourselves and recharged ourselves in such a beautiful setting with incredible views. Easy access into town, great place to be your base and explore all that Toowoomba has. Highly recommend this spot. You park your van on a level hardstand. Someone already mentioned going past the property to turn around. Joan also lets this be known. We have a 19.6 van and it was so easy to park up.

Good view of surrounding area, private flat area for RV parking. There is a good turn around area up the road 500m, this will save the sharp turn in stress.

Great location to stay. Great service by owner, made my stay there easy. The views were very therapeutic and sunset at this location is unreal. Would come back definitely!

Such a beautiful 360 view to wake up to, Joan was very accommodating to my last minute request. A lot of work and love as gone into creating and maintaining this space. Very happy with my overnight stopover.

We loved our one night stay at Silver Ridge. Joan and her husband were lovely and very accommodating to out last minute request. Was such a nice view to wake up to, would make a beautiful wedding venue. Highly reccomend this camping spot.

Not your typical campsite, but served our needs very well. Quiet with great views. Bitumen parking area, very level. The driveway is a little tricky to negotiate but we got in ok. Very handy to Toowoomba and was a million times better than being jammed in a tiny caravan park site. Thanks Joan!
