Rubern Lagoons is a natural bushland campground, that we have now bitumen roads in for your valuable RV, Caravans, Buses or Tents to drive in With easy drive through parking, green lawns and spaces on and around our lagoons. The perfect place to get away with a group of friends and have a relaxing time while the kids enjoy the free boats, canoes, kayaks & paddle boats activities of the lagoons. Please note there is a very small service fee added for your insurance when booking on this site The property is 5 minutes from the main street/CBD Chinchilla. Phone a taxi or take a stroll in to town to dine if you don't want to unhook or you can call and get a pizza delivered, plus the RSL & Club Hotel, can pick you up & return you, for free in there mini vans at our main gates You can paddle boat, canoe, kayak or tinny boat on the lagoons as part of your stay with us. Ruben One Hill under the gum trees, or enjoy our massive 10 metre deck over the water and watch the wildlife float around. There is also a great spot to watch the kangaroos coming for a drink and to lay under the trees. The most exciting part is, you could get lucky and see a Koala sitting in a gumtree beside your vehicle. We have seen a number of them while building this beautiful boutique camp grounds for visitors to enjoy in the western downs, Chinchilla. Please Note fire wood is $10.00 for a good size bag

Rubern Lagoons is a natural bushland that we have built pea gravel smooth roads on for your valuable RV, Caravans, Buses or Vans to park on. With easy drive through parking, green lawns and spaces on and around our lagoons.   You can paddle boat, canoe, kayak or tinny boat on the lagoons as part of your stay with us. Sit on Ruben One Hill under the gum trees, or enjoy our massive 10 metre deck over the water and watch the wildlife float around.  This is also a great spot to watch the kangaroos coming for a drink and to lay under the trees. The most exciting part is, you could get lucky and see a Koala sitting in a gumtree beside your vehicle. We have seen a number of them while building this beautiful boutique camp grounds for visitors to enjoy in the western downs, Chinchilla.  Our toilet light are on a night sensor, so you can clearly see them through out the night , plus we have put in Street lighting around the park ,which are on timers & can go off at 10pm. The property is 5 minutes from the main street/CBD Chinchilla. Phone a taxi or take a stroll in to town to dine if you don't want to unhook or you can call and get a pizza delivered.   We have 30 powered sites with access to our 4 toilets, showers and a laundry room.  Camp kitchen will be available in the coming weeks with a large patio to meet and greet other guests and to dine under.  The perfect place to get away with a group of friends and have a relaxing time while the kids enjoy the activities of the lagoons. Pets are welcome.

With easy drive through parking, green lawns and spaces on and around our lagoons.  Self contained campers can use the gravel pads if we aren’t full, out wise we put self contained campers on our lawned area. You can paddle boat, canoe, kayak or tinny boat on the lagoons as part of your stay with us. Sit on Ruben One Hill under the gum trees, or enjoy our massive 10 metre deck over the water and watch the wildlife float around.  This is also a great spot to watch the kangaroos coming for a drink and to lay under the trees. Rubern Lagoons Bush Campgrounds is a natural bushland that we have mowed, on the opposite side of the lagoons away from the powered sites.  On this side we know of people who want to circle around your bush fire camp & camp with friends, with a few camper trailers, tents ect & have a private bush experience. This is also a great spot to watch the kangaroos coming In for a drink and to lay under the trees.
