Our 1000 acres mountain top working cattle and horses farm is only 45 minutes from Brisbane CBD, and offers spectacular Glasshouse mountains and ocean views. You can bring your own self-contained camping set-up, be it a tent, caravan, or motorhome, or stay in our bunkhouse that sleeps 10. Activities on the property include hiking, swimming, canoeing, horse riding and more. From many parts of the farm you have beautiful views encompassing Maleny, Glasshouse Mountains, Bribie Island, Moreton Island, Stradbroke Island, Redcliffe, and Brisbane Port Site. We have a beautiful deepwater lake that's perfect for swimming and canoeing. The property is traversed by several rainforested creeks and ravines, which are perfect for adventure hiking and rock climbing. We can also take you horse riding around the farm for a couple of hours or to the local winery if you prefer a longer ride. We cater for all levels of riding. We have many panoramic campsites for you to choose from. These are suited to anyone with the swag, tent, camper, caravan, or motorhome. You must be self-sufficient, with your own toilet, and we kindly ask you take all waste when you go. For those who prefer the comforts of home we have a bunkhouse which sleeps 10 and has electricity, water, flush toilet, shower, stove, microwave and TV. Linen is not supplied. If you are driving 2wd, or 4wd towing a caravan or a big trailer and GPS takes you through Mountain View Rd - do not go that way - go through Dayboro Rd. For those without transport Dakabin train station is 25 min from the farm. Pick up and drop off to the station can be arranged. There is a wide variety of shops and restaurants less than 10 min away.

Bunkhouse is situated on the ground floor of our holiday house with beautiful views of the property. It is very private, you have all space to yourself. It has electricity, water, flush toilet, shower, stove, microwave, and TV. You need to bring your own linen and towels. Linen is available for extra cost if needed. There are picnic tables and fire pit outside.

it was a good experience and a beautiful view but very pricey, we paid $200 for 2 nights for it to have no bathroom or shower.

Such a beautiful location with fantastic views! The horses just added that extra farm stay touch and made you feel like such a part of nature. We were unlucky enough to get caught in some big storms but the property was so well maintained it didnt affect us at all and no issues getting the caravan in and out. It was very windy though so don't make the same mistake we did by putting the awning out if the weather isn't 100%! Overall very private and relaxing location and only 10 minutes out from Dayborough. Will definitely be back.

Our campsite was perched on the top of the range with incredible views to the north & south. It was private and peaceful, the only sounds were from birdsong & the rustle of nature. We had a lovely swim in the dam which was clean & refreshing. We had a fantastic stay & look forward to returning. Thanks Viola!

This is a gorgeous place. It was a little windy and unfortunately it rained while we were there so we didnt get to enjoy the view. We may have to go again.

Viola was very polite & brief. Showed me directly to my camp site of which was wonderful. So much room and spectacular views. So good to have the freedom with the option to have a camp fire. Highly recommended camping spot

Absolutely loved staying at the Range Top Farm camp, stunning views and plenty of space to spread out, the pond was is ready good for a swim and a paddle. Both sunrise and sunset is something not to miss. Will definitely be back again

We had a wonderful stay last weekend! The spot is absolutely beautiful and we loved interacting with the friendly horses - be prepared for a couple of visits to the campsite each day, which we absolutely enjoyed. The views were spectacular and Viola was lovely and welcoming. We loved it so much we were already hoping to come back again this weekend!

Lovely host and great location. We stayed by the lake and it was peaceful and relaxing. Only 45 - 60mins away from Brisbane it’s a great get away and we will be back! Ps. The horses are so friendly also which is amazing

Beautiful, peaceful, a lovely camp. Many options, we requested to move when we arrived due to high winds and Viola was extremely helpful. We had two swims in the lake, our dog adored it!

Lovely view from eastern ridge. Quiet spot. Take levelling ramps for your van as it was tricky getting level. Lots of horses and cows around. 😊

Serene location with amazing views and a great host. We were very happy with our stay. We had quite a big van and it took us a little while to level everything up, so make sure you’ve got enough levelling aids if you're in a van…

This was our first Hipcamp adventure and it didn't disappoint!! Close to home but felt like a world away, magnificent views, privacy, hiking, swimming and only 8 minutes drive from Dayboro. We will most certainly return and bring friends with us next time.

We had a lovely time camping amongst the friendly horses with our kids and dogs. There was a breeze and respite under the fig tree. The aspect is beautiful and the lake makes for a lovely swim.

Stunning location, views to die for! Campsites were large and well spaced out all with superb views right across to Moreton or across the glasshouse mountains. Viola was so lovely and very helpful! I took my three boys for three nights and we all had a wonderful camping experience 🩷

We loved camping at rangetop farm. The views are spectacular no campers are near you which allows you privacy. If your lucky to be camped near horse yards you get uninterrupted views of glasshouse house mountains and south of them. The horses are friendly and good entertainment for kids. We loved the lake and used the canoe a couple of times. We even were lucky enough to see cows with their calves. Viola is a wonderful lovely welcoming host we might have to make this a regular weekend getaway.
