Fresh farm eggs can be bought if available at the time. This farm has been used as a working farm for around 40 years. This area is where the government planned a dam so generally we have water in the creeks. Most of the camp sites border the creek and all are designed to take caravans. The house was the original Amamoor Head Ranger, Forestry division, home which was cut in two and relocated from town up to the top of our hill. From here during the bush fire season you can see fires from Widgee, Kilcoy or the Sunshine Coast. We run on solar and rain water for everything in the house and creek or dam water for our orchards and gardens. We run a variety of animals and several small orchards as well. Our creek runs into another near this causeway which leads to lots of water in a short time where it sounds like you are living on a beach. Always check with us beforehand if there has been heavy rain and there are several creeks in this area which leads to a rapid build up of water in a short time over many of the causeways out here. When there is water around, the creek will have lots of little fish and a large variety of frogs, some very weird looking ones to study. While there are many animals on the farm, there are also wild animals who use it as their home and refuge so your pets must be kept safe with you at night. Swimming pool on the farm can be used if requested through booking.

Minimum 2 people per night for this site. Peachy is a private retreat along side a creek with a waterhole to swim in. The creek flats allow for a game of cricket or shuttlecock. Numerous varieties of birds frequent this area for their morning drink. The steep hill on the other side of the creek covered with different trees gives you a canopy of greenery to enjoy. The creek has lots of frogs and other fresh water species so at night you will hear the crickets along with the frogs and maybe the deer and the koalas. This is a very popular site so bookings are a two nights minimum. This is a good spot for your dog to run. You have the donkeys and Blossom our special pig within easy walking distance and the cows and sheep are across the farm. The wallabies are easy to spot at dawn and dusk. Highly recommend star gazing with the space furniture more easy to see initially after dark.

This camp site is on flat open area with the creek near by. It is very suitable to caravans or big numbers for camping with the cattle yards in the area. The site has trees around so there is both sun and shade. It allows for a good running area for children or your dog. You will have privacy from any other camp site.

4WD access only Mountain top overlooking the valley!  Suitable for 1 caravan or 2 camper trailers- 10 x 10 meter site. A tranquil campsite on the mountain, with nothing but the calls of koalas and shine of the stars to bother you at night. You will have total privacy.  Set yourself up amongst the trees and camp on a beautiful mountain top overlooking the valley. The kangaroos, cockatoos and maybe more, will come in for a drink as the sun rises and sets. Your pets are welcome, but they must be well behaved and not chase any livestock. Be aware of the wild animals that may be around so keep your dog close to you at night.   We are a working livestock farm and the animals must be respected at all times. This is back to basics camping and you need to bring everything with you, and take everything back out with you. We do however have  FIRE WOOD which will be delivered to your site or you can collect for yourself.

Overall we had a good experience. However, the pictures of the sites were a bit misrepresented with some photos of the one site used for both. We ended up booking the wrong site. On arrival we tried to call to see if we could change, but apart from the initial booking messages there was no further correspondence from the host. Peachy is the best site for future reference. Bellas billabong was just off the road and not even within the farm gate which felt like we’d just pulled up on someone’s footpath. The cows and bulls were super friendly. Dave the caretaker was also very friendly. The road and driveway past the site was relatively quiet, but there was still quite a few cars.

Unfortunately we abandoned our long weekend stay due to the storms and threat of large hail. Lynne has been very accommodating. We did drive out and have a look at Namaste on the Sunday morning and it's a lovely spot and are keen to spend a weekend.

We stayed at Peachy and it was a beautiful little site. We were only there for one night but it really was a special place. Plenty of room for our little dog to run with no lead and we could just sit back and enjoy the fire and serenity. Well kept and maintained. Our only hiccup was some dogs barking late into the night from a neighbouring farm. Once they stopped all was peaceful again. Would definately return for a longer stay.

We stayed on the Peachey site which was absolutely beautiful. Right on the creek. Our dogs loved the freedom and were very good with the venturing cattle and horses. Very peaceful. Would definitely stay again. Hopefully longer next time.

We really enjoyed our stay on Lynne’s farm, we got a fantastic storm that night that luckily lasted only 20 minutes but the lighting all night was magical. The cows and horses around the area were amazing and Lynne was so lovely having us on such short notice! Would highly recommended as there’s so many beautiful camping spots that she has to offer ☺️

Wow what a beautiful place to camp! It was so peaceful, quiet and surrounded by nature sounds/animals. The little river and fire pit was perfect. I felt so safe camping here alone. Would highly recommend!

Nice and quiet location that was right next to a running creek. Firewood was at the spot before we arrived and horses visited in the night. Would highly recommend.

Overall, fantastic site, well groomed grass area to setup, quite flat with a beautiful creek right next to you! Not to mention a good fireplace and some provided wood as well Only downside we had was our neighbouring sites for 2 nights were playing extremely loud music till 6am and screaming all night long in a place with namaste in its name. Definitely not the hosts fault but just made our night a bit less enjoyable when we chose the place for peace an quiet. Would definitely come again, but in the hopes of some more quiet nights next time.

Excellent location at ‘Peachy’ site. Picturesque and peaceful across the whole farm. It was a shame that the showers unpredictably turned into frequent rain, otherwise we would have been able to enjoy the surroundings. Highly recommend to any Hipcampers. Will definitely return

Fantastic private site. Whilst our site was not right on the creek (about 30m down a short track), this was the only minor negative. Bella’s Billabong was perfect for the kids on paddle boards, and adults cooling off with a cold brew. Flowing crystal clear water with fish and turtles. The site was near flat and great for star gazing around the fire. We preferred that it was off grid ensuring the kids didn’t play on devices. We will certainly go back.

Harmony site - grassy, in the sun on a slope, but shade in afternoon and early morning, easily fit 2 vans on up the top. Creek - crystal clear, fresh cold water, rocky with aqua shoes on very easy to manage. Waterhole was great to relax in and definitely private. Puppies enjoyed exploring our area and far enough away from the other site's if your dog is not sociable. Will definitely be back. Peaceful relaxing.

This is simply information to help the host improve the presentation and usefulness of the site, as well as information that should be helpful to others, and would have been helpful to us. 1. The site was totally unkept with grass length of 1-2 foot across all normally usable surfaces, making it almost impossible to setup a tent site. Also making it impossible to monitor for snakes, other small animal life, or hazards hidden by the grass length like the barbed wire we found before standing on it. Just mow or slash the site before you have bookings, it is the least you need to do. 2. There’s about 20 kms of unsealed road with many potholes and corrugated areas. It is noted about turning at the 12th crossing but nothing about how little water it takes for the crossings to flood. 3. There’s no phone coverage from just out of Amamoor which is 20+ kms from the site. Some might like that, but for those who don’t, at least you know. 4. The swimming hole is shallow and good for sitting in to cool off only. The water was super clear and cool when we went. We left after the first night as it was not useable or acceptable in the state that it was prepared for our stay. We won’t be back, but hopefully this information will help the host to improve, and others to decide if this is what they’re looking for.
