The knight Ranch is a small hobby farm with beautiful flat grassy fields, Established trees providing plenty of shade. Wildlife a plenty. With resident animals tawny frog mouth and ducks. The camp/caravan site is isolated out in the rear paddock. The most pristine area on the property. As soon as you arrive you will begin to relax. Easy access off wallace road and easy pull through to the back paddock. Open grassy field with established trees overlooking a small dam and bushland. The perfect place to set up, chuck a roast on and crack a cold one. Campfire locations set up with rocks. Sunrises through the trees over the wetland/bushes. Close proximity (driving) to the river for a spot of fishing, the bay for an early morning walk or explore with the kids and the local tavern for some adult time. A walk up Wallace road on an evening is quite nice if you are looking to stretch your legs. IMPORTANT: The Ranch is on the corner of beachmere and Wallace road. Access is off Wallace road. After you turn onto Wallace road it’s the first right at the yellow letterbox. Pull through and down to the left. Through the gate next to the container out into the back paddock. Please keep this gate shut. There is a designated area for Hip-Camp. Some areas are sandy and difficult to re-establish so please stick to the firm grass. If you have animals please clean up after them and dogs are to be on lead if they do not recall or like to chase wildlife. As we have wonderful bird life along with lizards and chickens on the property. The fire pit has bricks around it. You can help yourself to any kindling but it’s BYO firewood. Please do not chop logs or collect logs from the property.Welcome! Beachmere is a beautiful little town on the coast. A hidden Gem. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do. There are permanent campers positioned closer to the road, but there is plenty of room and the ideal hipcamp position being on the flat near the water and power connection. (Note: It’s a 10amp plug but there is a 10amp-15amp converter lead available if you need) Just until I get the upgrade done. You can camp anywhere you like. Some areas are sandy and difficult to re-establish so please stick to the firm grass. If you have animals please clean up after them. Dogs can be off leash providing they are wildlife friendly! We have wonderful bird life along with lizards and chickens and a very firendly goat on the property. The fire pit has bricks around it but you can have a contained fire anywhere there is already a burnt patch. You can help yourself to any kindling but it’s BYO firewood. Please do not chop logs or collect logs from the property. Inclusions: - Upcoming 50m flying fox - Upcoming indoor and outdoor hot water shower. - Upcoming Flora and Fauna ID 👀 signs. For wildlife education. - Ceramic bowl new tech compost toilet (doesn’t smell) Please follow how to. - Cold water shower - Fire pit - Water course 15m away from Camp. - Very friendly petting goat “Princess” Exclusions: - No dumping caravan waste cassettes onsite. Take to waste refuge. Enjoy!

Beachmere is such a beautiful beach town, lots of cafes and a fab pub! knights Farm is a 5 minute drive to the beachfront. We rode our electric bikes around and found some lovely spots to sit and enjoy the views. Highly recommend stay, the host Scott was extremely welcoming and allowed our dogs to play freely. He kindly gave us a basil plant on arrival which I used in several meals! Delicious! 10/10 would love to return. Thank you Scott, you have a lovely hipcamp 🙏🏼

Just spend 2 nights at Knight Ranch. Is really nice quiet place to stay. Meet Scott on arrival and he was very helpful with getting us settled in. Probably a little expensive for what you get, but was still a nice and quiet place to stay.

We really enjoyed our short stay on Scott,s land. We were welcomed right from the start, lovely friendly people to greet us and left us to our privacy hen we wanted it. Location is great, easy access to the Island, and highway and inland features. Yet felt like a beautiful serene country get away. Scott is working hard to improve everything and doing a great job. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend it. All the benefits without the crowds. The dogs were welcomed and loved it too.

Beautiful little spot. Very easy to just roll up and park with ease with our big 24ft van. Permanent resident was so kind and helpful. The kids loved talking to the goat and chickens! Great value for money. Composting toilet, power and water all available.

The site was near the main road and not very quiet at night. While it was mentioned toilet and shower included, the toilet was full and not available, shower was cold water. Not recommended
