Kabi Retreat was a lovely property. You had the option of camping pretty much anywhere on the property. We traveled to Rainbow beach for a day and it is close to Noosa. Whilst the toilet and shower facilities weren't 5 star we were glad something was available. I can't wait to see what Craig does with the place and all his plans for the future.

This property is so beautiful and spacious. Craig was an amazing host who went out of his way to look after us all. He makes sure everyone has more than enough room. Would highly recommend.

Very relaxing and peaceful spot close to Noosa. 15 mins from Tewantin So much room and options for a quiet camping spot. Craige is a lovely fella and very welcoming.

Craig was incredibly welcoming and the grounds were very lovely and spacious and private to camp by the dam. Playing a bit of golf was fun. The amenities were a little random, but Craig is working on that.

Kabi retreat is just that a retreat, beautiful surroundings, two lakes one which you can kayak on, using the kayaks that are there for guests to use. There is a great golf course to play on which is well maintained.
Lots of bush and wildlife, kangaroos hopping through the campsites, lots of birds.
There are two showers, and 4 toilets, one of which is out in the bush with the most amazing view.
The first couple of nights we stayed by the lake which is remote and no one else was there, but as we had others coming to join us we moved closer to the amenities, but even then we had our own private area away from other campers.
Craig is a fantastic host, I saw him dropping off ice and wood to campers, he also dropped off some wood for us. He makes sure that everyone is comfortable and is very welcoming.
I would recommend Kabi retreat and rate it a high 9 out of 10.
We will be going back definitely.

Loved Kabi retreat. Kangaroos and black cockatoos. Organic golf course and Craig let us use his clubs. Also I needed to do a work related meeting online during our stay and Craig helped out and let me use the shed for that meeting where the wifi was located and it worked like a charm. Phone reception is minimal so make sure you follow the gps directions or you get lost

We really enjoyed our stay at Kabi Retreat. There were many sites to pick from and the area was so spacious and peaceful. The dam was great for a paddle and swim and the golf course was in great shape. Craig was a very helpful and pleasant host. Highly recommend.

Lovely site, do follow Craig’s offline directions, gPS and phone are limited.
Craig was friendly and available, but not in our faces. He checked in on us each night and also brought us a generous load of firewood.
Some lovely orchards, birds and kangaroos, do bring your golf clubs or kayak.
There were quite a few ants and mozzies, be prepared.
Check the weather ahead of time, if it’s rainy at Boreen Point it will be raining here. If you don’t have a 4x4 suggest staying closer to the main entry in wet conditions.
Every night we drove to the kitchen to use the shower and sink to wash dishes. Good hot water pressure and a clothes washer / fridge. This is helpful if it’s too rainy to power your solar.
If you’re looking for a place to digitally detox and read a good book, this is a great spot. Bring extra activities for teenagers.

Craig is a wonderful host and Kabi Retreat is an amazing place to stay. From the quick tour on the golf buggy to find the ideal place to set up to providing water, firewood and access to electricity to charge a spare battery nothing was too much trouble for Craig. He is present around the property during your stay meaning everyone can have fun without disturbing others but his presence doesn't detract from your desired level of privacy. Thanks Craig.. we will be back tp catch that bass that got away!

We loved staying at Kabi Retreat! Craig was an excellent host and really looked after us during our stay. The property was beautiful, with kangaroos and rabbits and birds, with lakes and lilypads, with green hills and brilliant sunsets. Complete with hot showers, toilets, pizza oven and even wifi..we felt like we were glamping! We love sitting by the fire and enjoying the stars and nature, and would definitely go again if we have the chance. Thankyou so much Craig for giving us a great holiday!

Craig was a fantastic host and the location was perfect. Our Christmas was spent listening to cicadas and birds and star gazing at night. The amenities are a bit rustic but more than adequate. We even brought home fresh limes for NYE drinks!
