Greenup Meeting Place is a picturesque 50 acre property, with frontage on Bracker Creek and Coolmunda Dam. Our property is located near Inglewood, close to the Queensland border. Once home to Greenup School, the land is rich in history – the perfect place to put your feet up and unwind. Based in the middle to explore the Goondiwindi region and surrounds. Our peaceful, non-powered campsites have plenty of room for singles, families and groups. We cater for tents, caravans, RVs and camper trailers. Our sites have access to toilet and shower facilities. Your closet dump point and water is in the township of Inglewood (25klms). Where you are able to top up for your needs. Our dormitory style and family room accommodation is ideal for small and large groups of up to 50 people with shared toilet and shower facilities and a dedicated sitting room available. Fish the creek for Yellowbelly, Cod or just sit back, relax and enjoy the abundant bird and wildlife. Have a swim, go kayaking or take a walk to explore. Or why not join us for a coffee and meal at CC Cafe Thursday-Sunday! Pet friendly yes, all pets are to be kept at your camp, on leash to walk and must be cleaned up after. Generators are allowed, MUST be OFF by 8pm as a consideration to others. Our gates close at 4PM if you are unable to be in by 5PM you will have to unfortunately arrive the following day. Internet and phone coverage can very poor WELCOME TO THE BUSH.

Greenup Meeting Place is a picturesque 10 acre property, with camping frontage on Bracker Creek and Coolmunda Dam. Our property is located near Inglewood, close to the Queensland border. Once home to Greenup School, the land is rich in history – the perfect place to put your feet up and unwind. CC Cafe is on site and is open Thursday through Monday, 7am - 4pm. Pop in for a coffee, or settle in with something more substantial from our breakfast and lunch menus! Cafe will be closed if booked for a private function. Our peaceful, non-powered campsites have plenty of room for singles, families and groups. We cater for tents, caravans, RVs and camper trailers. Our sites have access to toilet and hot shower facilities which are located at main camp. Sites are available on the Bracker Creek and Coolmunda Dam, both at present are full capacity. Pet friendly yes, pets are to be kept at camp, on a leash to walk, cleaned up after. Generators are permitted not running any later then 8PM as a consideration to others. Wi-Fi and phone service can be unpredictable, WELCOME TO THE BUSH.  All must check in upon arrival. Closest dump point and water is the township of Inglewood (25klms)where you can top up on supplies. LASTEST CHECK IN IS 6PM UNFORTUNALY IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO BE IN BY 6PM YOU WILL HAVE TO ARRIVE THE NEXT DAY.

Beautiful camping grounds! Recycling at the grounds is very impressive 😄 The staff were very nice and accommodating which made our quick weekend away well worth it 😄 The Meetup cafe was a life saver for the trip home as coffee is sold there! Firewood was available to purchase and the cafe had a history of Greenup section which was really interesting 🤔 The toilets and showers were around this area too. The toilets and showers are well maintained. Prepare yourself with pre downloaded music and some beers ! Great weekend getaway! New camping destination for us :)

With a spontanous camping trip, this campground has qucikly become one of my new favourite spots which I have not been able to stop telling people about! From the size of you site, the access to the creek, and everything else you'd need right here. The staff have truly created a wonderful, respectful, and safe atmosphere for families, friends, and solo travellers alike. This relaxing getaway was just the escape I needed, and I plan to return for sure

GreenUp was a beautiful spot, green grass nice water to swim in and an abundance of birds, ducks a cows. Shelley was a wonderful host and am looking forward to going back. It was a lovely break.

The views are amazing! Just back from an epic camping trip! 🏕️🔥 The spot was stunning, facilities were top-notch, and the crew were super helpful. Spent days playing with the kids chillin' and gazin' at the stars 🌟. Would defs come back! 10/10 would recommend! 🎉👍

What a great find! A beautiful peaceful camp on the green banks of the Bracker Creek on Lake Coolmunda. Birdlife a plenty along with kangaroos and emus. Each site is huge and comes with a fire pit with wood. You’ll need a chainsaw and axe to chop it up. Bonus is the quirky CC’s Cafe. Congratulations to the owners. I’ll certainly be staying here again and also recommend it to my caravanning friends.

Lovely clear area with plenty room, great view of River & Dam, plenty of birds, wallabies & even emus. Grandkids loved it. Went for a fish in the dam & even caught a few good yellow bellys!

We very much enjoyed our long weekend at Greenup. The site was scenic with lots of birdlife, quiet and a real gem to find out Inglewood way. Shelley was very efficient and helpful in sorting out any issues. We definitely want to come back again.

The most magical, relaxing and welcoming little sanctuary west of the range.♥️🌈🌠 Stunning scenery camping along the river, stare into your own little open fire pit or just up at the endless amount of stars. Cooked dinner if you don't want to or a coffee maded fresh when you walk up for a shower in the morning. All round amazing.

Beautiful location on river, big campsites & close location to Dam. Plenty birdlife, great canoeing & pet friendly, staff & amenities excellent. Will go back! Our site a bit close to road though not much traffic.

What a great place to relax! Definitely recommend it. They have loads of spots right on the creek for camping off grid with beautiful views and amazing birdlife and plenty of firewood too. We loved the visits at dusk from the emu and wallabies. The well kept toilets and hot showers were a treat.

Great campsite on the riverbank, lots of very flat & grassy sites to choose from. A real good feature is that you are able to collect firewood on the property, so lots of good fires. Beautiful sunsets as well Lots of birdlife - pelicans & swans on the river. The amenities are very nice & comfortable, although a bit of a hike to get there. 😀 Staff were very helpful & friendly & Jen makes the best coffee. Highly recommend this campground & will definitely be back sometime. 😃

I spent 6 nights at the great camping spot overlooking Coolmunda Dam. The water was a short walk away and there were many water birds including Swans, Pelicans, Ducks and the Emus wandered past a few times. Nights were cold but days were warm and up around 20C. Sunrise produced some nice fog with the dead trees rising out of the mist and the Swans foraging along the water's edge. Sunsets were amazing most evenings. Hosts were very accommodating and I will certainly return.

We loved our camping trip to Greenup. We had a gorgeous site right on the creek where we could easily launch our kayaks. The property has many campsites which are all well spaced out. It is a lovely well maintained spot with walks and wildlife. The birds are particularly spectacular.

Loved camping on the side of the river. Canoed to the lake with lots of bird life. Woke up to a herd of cows moving to a different place. Very nice camp shop but closed Monday and Tuesday. Site very clean with toilets and showers. Lots of kangaroos as well, highly recommended.

We were warmly welcomed by the staff of Shelly’s , their café offers good food , there are also tidy and clean shower rooms , we camped at the shore of the tranquil and beautiful lake. Shelly is very friendly and helpful, our car had a flat battery, she helped us get it jump started , we appreciated the help so much, definitely will come back and recommend it to other people.

Lovely spot with river side camping. Really nice hosts. No internet service where we were but that was OK. Cafe looked awesome but we didn't have time as ours was a quick overnight stay but we'll definitely be back & will be bringing the family. Thumbs up!!

Sitting by the creek, fishing line in and having a cold beer. Have been there a few times now, either by myself to disconnect, or enjoy with family and friends. Will continue to go back, just due the spot, and it’s peacefulness, the location, the facilities and Shelley and her crew. Thank-you.
