We arrived and at check in they had no notice of our booking and had no idea that their Camp ground was on Hipcamp and said oh she’s on the Gold Coast when we showed the confirmation and communication! Asked if we had paid our $20 per night we had paid close to $36 per night for non powered site which was pretty much low lying area and it was torrential rain! The campground was so run down and local resident wasn’t impressed about us pulling up 6m away from him’! A few permanent residents which is fine but derelict looking set ups! Restaurant was run by young kids that were very polite but chips were yuk! Asked for no dressing on salad & was drenched in dressing- just ate it rather than complain! Left after 1 night! Never left a bad review for any other Hipcamp! Shouldn’t be on Hipcamp!

Upon arrival there was no record of our booking, staff went to no effort to help find us a site. Park is run down. Arrived after a long drive with a 1 year old and left due to no site and no help. Host hasn’t responded to requests for a refund

This is a regular caravan park not subi,s property we had no booking their and they do not go through hipcamp ppl that book through hipcamp have to pay again on arrival if their is any vacancies often their is not any the caravan park ppl have had enough of hipcamp but the park is a nice enough place
