Waterfall Camp
We had a wonderful time camping at Daintree Exotics. We learned so much about the different tropical fruits and found Diane and Darrell to be very kind hosts. We will definitely be back!

We had the most wonderful time camping at Diane and Darrell's place. They are truly loved hosts, who generously took the time to show us around their wonderful property (and even enjoy some of the amazing tropical fruits that grow there). The facilities were beyond anything we would have expected and their communication was excellent. Thank you both - we had the most wonderful stay and will definitely be back!

Diane and Darryl were gracious, generous hosts who made sure that our experience was one to be remembered. The campsite was beautiful, quiet and private with easy access to clean amenities. This was our favourite Hipcamp by far!

Tropical Orchard Valley
Just spent two nights wish we could have had two weeks. Fantastic stay, would definitely recommend - hosts that went out of their way so we could enjoy their piece of paradise. Wished we lived closer but we will be back !!!

We had a fantastic time at Daintree Exotics. The scenery is beautiful with plenty of flora and fauna to explore and when the day gets hot, a crystal clear spring water pool and waterfall to relax in. The facilities were very good, clean and well kept.
Diane and Darryl were wonderful hosts and took time to talk to us about all the exotic fruits they grow and we were able to sample some straight from the trees.
It is a fantastic spot just to relax but is also a great place to use as a base as is close to Cape Tribulation, Port Douglas and Mossman without the crowded camping!
We will most definitely be returning with our friends and family.

We loved this place! The perfect place to camp near the Daintree. There's so much explore around the campsite and perfect for kids. The host and the facilities are top notch. I couldn't recommend this place more!

I recently had the pleasure of camping at Orchid Valley with my family, and it was a truly refreshing experience. The area is surrounded by lush greenery, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere that’s perfect for a nature getaway.
The amenities were well-maintained, clean, and easily accessible, which made our stay very comfortable. It’s clear that the site is well cared for. One of the highlights was the warm hospitality – the host was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home.
Whether you’re looking to unwind in nature or spend quality time with loved ones, Orchid Valley is a fantastic spot. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a serene camping experience.

Beautiful quiet spot with a few different areas to camp- we chose to camp right next to the creek that had the sound of water trickling - so very relaxing Large grassy area and Hill tracks to walk!
We had a fire both nights which was so lovely sitting overlooking the creek!
The check in was very comprehensive and there is a shed with toilet and shower, microwave and toaster which we were not expecting- great in the case of rain. Di and Darryl were so lovely and we will return another time!

We enjoyed 2 nights in a ground tent at the Tropical Orchard Valley site.
Beautiful scenery, peaceful and a large flat grassy site with picnic table, the amenities were very clean.
Hosts were very friendly and communication was excellent.

Our trip was truly exceptional! We found the campsite beautifully secluded and wonderfully personal, offering true tranquility. The hosts were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making our stay delightful.
The great amenities complemented the stunning environment perfectly. We especially loved the beautiful creek with its waterfall and the abundance of fruit trees and wildlife. The guided tours were a fantastic way to explore.
This spot is a hidden gem for anyone seeking natural beauty and superb hospitality. Highly recommended!
