Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
Our property is located an hour from Toowoomba, 15min Dalby, 5min Kaimkillenbun (The Bun), has stunning views to the Bunya Mountains from all campsites. All Sites have views of the Bunya Mountains. Easy access sites, for short/long stays. We also have a campsite near the dam, which is full after good rains. The other sites are in elevated positions, that look down the valley towards the Bunya Mountains. The town of Kaimkillenbun (6 km) is known by locals as 'The Bun' easy driving distance to the "Bun Pub" which was built in 1912 and is a great spot to visit for a drink/meal if you are coming to the area. We are 30 minutes' drive, from the Bunya Mountains National Park which has a variety of different hiking/cycling trails which include lookouts and waterfalls. Campfires are allowed, permitting there are no restrictions in place. Peace, Serenity and an amazing host

Peace, Serenity, Cows, Stars and a lovely friendly host. This is what you can expect when staying here at Bunya Mountain View. We had a lovely stay here and took our caravan up to the top of the hill. Directions were easy to follow and Chris was just awesome to deal with.

Lovely friendly hosts. Good directions. Great communication. Easy access. Lovely views. Working farm, so there were cattle and working dogs. Amazing stars. Very good movile phone reception. Loved our stay!

The hosts were lovely with good communication, the site quite good and level, and the price was excellent. They do have about half a dozen caged dogs on site though, and they barked and howled through most of the night waking me numerous times. I'm not sure if the dogs are normally locked up like that, or just because there was a power outage that night, so if this is an issue for you perhaps it's best to check with them first.
