Nestled amidst varying degrees of undulation, our property offers a haven for outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers alike. At our retreat, flexibility is key. We understand the importance of a stress-free getaway, so don't hesitate to request customized check-in and check-out times to suit your needs. Embark on an adventure along our 57 well maintained tracks, perfect for hiking, nature walks, mountain biking and ebike riding. We are currently working on widening some tracks so you can explore by car. Spanning a total of approximately 23 kilometers, these tracks offer a diverse range of landscapes to explore, from serene woodlands to picturesque vistas. We have 6 single lane downhill/cross country tracks and a brand new Mini BMX track for the little ones, situated across from Dam 1&2 campsites so the adults can supervise their little ones. We have added some fun obstacles and turns for their enjoyment, on the 270 mtr track. Don't forget your bikes. Take a leisurely stroll through our natural rock garden track. Our prices cater to families, with accommodation for two adults and complimentary stays for children. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of our property, shared harmoniously with 2 horses, native wildlife, and birds. Enjoy the tranquil atmosphere by our dams, ideal for camping, swimming, or simply enjoy relaxing in nature. Gather on our floating pontoon for sun baking, drinking or stargazing or you can try to catch a yellowbelly or yabby. For horse enthusiasts, bring your equine companions along to traverse our tracks, with a convenient round pen available for your use. As night falls, gather around a campfire (of a sensible nature), with ample firewood available for collection on the property. Accessing our property is an adventure in itself, via a scenic 4-kilometer dirt road to the gate. Ascend to new heights at our lookout areas, offering lovely views at an altitude of 570 meters above sea level. Whether you're at Lookout or Picnic, the serenity and splendor of nature will captivate your senses. Come and experience the wonder.

The dam was stocked with yellow belly fingerlings some 18 months ago , and does have yabbies in it. The dam has a bush setting with plenty of space to enjoy. Pit toilet and potable water are available. Come and enjoy it.

Shady site beside the creek.

Shady camp now has a newly developed creek frontage with water to your doorstep. The site has some level and gently sloping sites, both in the open or under the cover of some Iron Bark, Box and Gum trees. We have installed a causeway to cross the creek, that may make it difficult for non off road vans to cross, therefore making Shady Camp an ideal place to camp. There is a nice pit toilet not to far away and drinking water can be obtained.

Nice flat area for campers, camper trailers or off road van, some tree cover but not complete. You definitely will have some sun during a day.. A short walk to the toilet and the additional potable water. All site can make use of the dams. Close to bike / walking tracks.

A secluded site at the top corner of the property. Great spot over looking some of the hills of the area. This is a totally self sufficient site, that is a little more difficult to get to. Open to four wheel drive with camper trailers or campers. There are no facilities there. Nice breezes come through the site. Great for hotter days. There is a fire pit plus some trees and open space.

Great spot! Was nice and open, decent distance away from other campers, the property was big, nice to walk/ride/drive around, there was a big fire and lots of firewood, and the undercover area was great. Highly recommended!

We’ve had a great time over the Easter weekend at the bush campsite. The site is a bit further away from the Dam sites but nice and secluded. We’ve enjoyed most of the walking trails Scott and Jenny created over the years. Enjoyed the sunsets at the outlook and spotted a couple of kangaroos…and as a bonus feeding the potoroos at night time! We will be back!

North Bank
We had such a wonderful Easter long weekend! Everything we wanted and more. We stayed at “North Bank”, a new site that they just opened up. We felt spoilt to have so much space to ourselves. Scott and Jenny were fantastic hosts (along with their little dog Wally). They went out of their way to ensure we were enjoying our stay. They invited us along to watch the little Potaroos one evening and even let us try out their e-mountain bikes to explore the tracks. The tracks are so well designed and maintained, be sure to bring your bikes and/or walking shoes! Would highly recommend this dog friendly stay!

A lovely property and lovely hosts! So peaceful and tranquil. We only stayed 1 night, but wish we had stayed longer as it would have been great to spend more time there and explore their hiking trails.

What a cracking serene little spot, it is just a hop, skip and a jump from Warwick, but you would believe you were hundreds of kilometres away. With the many well maintained walking tracks that scatter the property and a driving track that runs basically around the boundary fence, you would hard pressed to lose your bearings. The camp grounds are as well maintained as the walking tracks, it has very easy access and would suit every level of camper, from the very basic swag setup to the extravagant glampers, you will find the perfect spot for yourself. We will be back, many thanks to Scott, Jennie and Wally

10/10, host was so lovely and welcoming, Jenny is a legend. Plenty of hiking tracks and even a lil driving one. Campsite is lovely and quiet with the occasional animal sighting. Was a great experience, would definitely recommend and will be going again :)

It was an absolute pleasure to camp on this amazing property the hospitality from Scott and his family was unreal. Getting into camp we were greeted by Scott who gave us a run down and showed us to camp. At camp there was already cut firewood and a fire place which made setting up camp very relaxing as we were cooking over the fire that night. This property has an amazing amount of walking tracks easily navigated and with great views. Would highly recommend and we'll be back.

We had a great time at Booie-Dell. There was lots to do and see with some great walks and curious animals. Scott and his wife were fantastic hosts! The pergola was a great feature to the dam site. Would definitely recommend!

Completely private, stunning views and excellent owners. Scott was most helpful with any questions and even gave me a little tour of the massive 160 acre plot with hiking, mountain biking trails and fishing areas. Loved the dining shelter by the dam and friendly wildlife! 10/10

This camping location on Scott's property was absolutely wonderful, nice and flat and overlooking the dam with a covered area and two fire pits as one was overlooking the dam where we had a fire every night with the wood provided by Scott Scott the host was very welcoming and showed us to the site and gave us the run down of his property with a detailed map of all the walks that they keep mowed so you can enjoy the 160 acres they live on. We walked around some of them and up to the lookout and got great views over Killarney way towards Queen Mary Falls. We definitely recommend staying here and will be back as only 6km to Warwick and a great location for exploring the Granite Belt further

Amazing place to stay. Close to town but total seclusion. We had a really peaceful time. Hosts are fantastic, genuinely nice people, very welcoming and accomodating. There is plenty of wildlife to spot and super cool tracks all over the property that you can ride or walk. We loved the roaming horses and cows, and Wally the dog!

Scott and Jenney have a genuine desire to share their property with others and are very accommodating. They have put in a lot of work to create and maintain the camp sites, dams and tracks. Have recommended this site to friends who have kids. Firewood was stacked ready, toilet was clean and they provide an IBC of water available for use. Hopefully they'll get some rain soon to fill the new dam and top up the others.

Booie-Dell. One of the best camps!

Booie-Dell was an amazing place to stop in for a week. We stayed at the campsite beside the dam with the shelter. The shelter was awesome to have. Provided a great spot to sit and watch a movie on the Kickass Projector and watch the wildlfe come down to the dam for a drink. Firepit was great as well as having some emergency water on stand by if we needed it. Scott and Jenny were amazing hosts. Scot was great to talk to and he told us about locations nearby we could visit as well as stop out as the Warwick Rodeo which was a lot of fun. Have a chat with Scott or Jenny if you have a really long van as some sites suit it better than others. You do drive along a dirt road out to the camp ground and you follow it all the way to the end where you will see Booie-Dell on the gate. Scott and Jeney have spent a lot of time making walking tracks through the property. Great for horse riding, bike riding or Quad Bikes. Just check in with Scott and Jenny first before bringing them. Felt remote and peaceful!! 10/10/

Hideaway outside Warwick- Magical!!

Truly amazing week away at Boonie-Dell. Scott was one of the most hospitable hosts and you truly felt you were in the middle of the bush despite only being 10 minutes from Warwick. Loved being able to sleep with the pod camper open all night and feeling totally safe and a part of nature. So many great tracks for walking, hiking, bmx or electric bike riding- even horse riding if you have a horse to take. Living among the horses and cows and Potteroos and Kangaroos and Wallabies was breath taking. A dam where you can reel in a platform named Maggie and sit on it in the middle of the damn star gazing or having drinks. There is a drop toilet which worked perfectly. Bring your own shower. Lots of near by day trips or just hang on the property as I did. Truly one of the most invigorating and grounding weeks. Our family loved it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful bush retreat. The adventure starts with the road/track into the camp, which is easy to navigate. The daily visit from different animals and wildlife just added to the experience. Scott and Jennie are great hosts and maintain this camp well. Will came back the next time we are passing.

What a wonderful time my family had my boys come home from four days of teck free entertainment. They love being free to ride there bikes and pull the pontoon around the dam. I think there favourite was feeding the potoroos with Scott and Jenni can't wait till I'm not working and can enjoy this wonderful place with them.

A lovely little bush campsite next to two small dams. The property is large and well maintained with lots of bush paths great for bike riding and walking. The owners are very friendly and have put lots of effort into the camping space (clean pit toilet with toilet paper, shaded seating area for picnicking, little carpeted floating raft you can sit on in one of the dams and view the stars, plenty of firewood provided for camp fires).
