This a a beautiful place to relax. The flowing creek was great to hear as we drifted off to sleep and waking up. Great hosts!!! Will definitly be back!!

Beautiful creekside camping at Bindarah Downs. Great communication from hosts Shayne & Kim, easy access, great setup for a warm fire, clean and quiet camp under the stars. Perfect location and proximity to hikes and lots to see and do. Would gladly visit again!

We were lucky enough to have the place pretty much to ourselves.
The grounds were well maintained and Shayne and Kim were wonderful hosts leaving no question on how to find the camp.

Bindarah Downs Bush Camp
Such a great spot at Bingara Downs! It was so quiet and peaceful, especially with the creek wrapping around the camping area. I highly recommend it if you’re looking to switch off and escape!

Had a great 2 night tent camp at Bindarah Downs and only 1.5 hrs from Brisbane. Perfect spot for the kids to explore and run, lovely little stream to splash in. Grounds are very well kept flat enough for tents and caravans alike, great grass. Entrance road was fantastic for 2WD and very well maintained. Fantastic host, fire wood on site which was fantastic, picnic tables around the site was very handy and with 8am check in and 4pm checkouts what else can you ask for, we'll be back!!

This is our 2nd stay at Bindarah Downs. Amazing place with great host. Plenty of space to ourselves, even with a larger group. Shayne is super accommodating and always good for a chat. We'll be back for another visit!

Bindarah Downs Bush Camp
My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Bindarah Downs Bush Camp. It’s a beautiful, peaceful spot and perfect for a relaxing escape, even on short notice. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, making arrival stress‑free.
We really appreciated the well‑spaced sites, which gave us plenty of privacy, and the easy access to the creek—it’s a lovely setting to unwind and enjoy nature. The property is well laid out, with plenty of room to relax and feel secluded without being isolated.
The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and great to deal with, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We would happily return and highly recommend this camp to anyone looking for a quiet, scenic getaway.

Great location in easy distance from Brisbane. Clean and very well kept area. Mid week, we were fortunate to have to ourselves, and pitched down by the creek, which was quiet and sheltered. Our two dogs had the best time in both the creek and open area. The road is not an issue as traffic level is very low, and the site is well below road level so you’re not visible at all. We booked last minute and the delivery of firewood at short notice was appreciated. Highly recommended and we’ll be back!

Great spot by the creek, was nice being able to purchase firewood on site. Would definitely stay again. Plenty of room between campers. Great paddock for the dog to run around.

Great spot next to a small creek. lots of bird life and butterflies. frogs all over at night kids loved it! Got to feed the owners horses and give em a brush. large mowed area great for dogs.

Perfect and peaceful spot for a reset. Shayne is a great host and made us feel welcome. Firewood readily available for the fire pit. Beautiful, well maintained property. Our fur baby loved the wide open spaces, running creek and so did we. Recommend this place and will be back!

We are forever grateful for Shayne and Kim sharing their oasis with us! Beautiful flowing creek with birds and heaps of shady trees to put a hammock in. We loved our stay and cant thank Shayne enough for going above and beyond to head in to town to get a replacement radiator hose for us when we got in to some car trouble!! They really are just the nicest people you will meet! We really appreciate it and the kids absolute loved seeing the cows and horses!! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Beautiful property det among rolling green hills and forest with the campground right next to a creek with shady trees. The grass was mowed and everything so clean. Picnic tables were really helpful. Shayne was very friendly.

Bindarah Downs Bush Camp
With its well maintained grounds, Bindarah Downs is the perfect place to sit back and relax. With just the right balance of sun and shade, this camp offers self sufficient campers generous sized sites, fire pits and long creek banks (even though they are running low in water at the moment). Shayne and Kim are wonderful, friendly hosts and gave us clear directions. This place has become a firm favourite!

What a Lovely spot, a choice of open land or shaded trees. Beautiful creek with deep spots and little rapids. Big open skies to satellite spot and view the stars. Wonderful friendly hosts.

We had a wonderful 5‑day stay at Bindarah Downs. Shayne and Kim were fantastic hosts with great communication and clear instructions from start to finish. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating, which made everything easy. The area we chose was peaceful and quiet — exactly what we needed for a relaxing break. Highly recommended.

Bindarah Downs Bush Camp
Great little camp-site. Although the 10 sites are all in one area, so not as far apart as photos indicate, but still not on top of each other. No reception, no internet, which is perfect to relax. You do get some road noise as its right next to Mt Lindesay, but its not terrible. Creek had enough water for the dogs to swim. Friendly horses that come and say hi, and you can feed. Shayne and Kim were perfect hosts. We will be back!
