Welcome to our 27-acre hobby farm, where you can enjoy a peaceful rural escape while experiencing life on a working family farm. We are a family of five with a passion for growing our own food, living sustainably, and continually improving our little slice of the Territory. Our farm is home to buffalo, cattle, goats, dogs, bees, chickens, guinea fowl, and peacocks. Guests are welcome to visit the house during the afternoon feeding time to meet the animals and enjoy an authentic farm experience. The camping area is securely fenced, keeping the larger animals out while still allowing you to safely meet and pat the buffalo and cattle. We're conveniently located just 45 minutes from Darwin, making our farm an ideal base for exploring both Litchfield National Park and Kakadu National Park. Many guests choose to stay with us for several days while discovering the Top End during the dry season.

Our bush camping area is located at the front of the property, offering a quiet, spacious setting with plenty of room to relax while still enjoying the atmosphere of the farm. We have two spacious campsites suitable for large caravans, motorhomes, and big rigs, with power available. Guests also have access to a camp kitchen and clean amenities, making it easy to enjoy a comfortable stay. Whether you're stopping over for a night or using us as your base to explore the Top End, you'll find a friendly, relaxed environment with plenty of space to unwind and enjoy the surrounding bushland.

We had a lovely time at Rocky Ridge. Clare and family were very friendly and welcoming and she gave us a tour of the farm. There is a friendly and curious dog at the site who kept us company. The facilities are great!
