From the minute we drove in we felt a sense of calm, Chan was very friendly and accommodating. She offered us to swim in their pool and use their outdoor bbq area. There are 2 sites, we were on Site 1 where you can access power & water however Site 2 is totally self contained. We were there for 9 nights with another family joining us on Site 2 for a few nights.
It was absolutely beautiful, so quiet, peaceful, safe to leave your van and things outside. It is a 15 minute drive into Darwin which was never an issue for us, we visited friends in a caravan park and they were packed in like sardines…not my cup of tea.
Thankyou for providing your amazing property for us to enjoy our time in Darwin, we will definitely be back.

Great spot for visiting Darwin! Highly recommend. Having the pool and BBQ access was great. Stayed 2 night at the start of our trip and we booked another for our last night on the road.

We loved the ease of having power and water for site 1, it helped us with our time there. Howard’s Springs is such a nice quiet place to set up. Chan and Mick were lovely, and we felt like it was our own property. Thanks guys ☺️

Lovely private place. Parked our 24’ van up on the big concrete slab with room to spare. Hosts really welcoming. Nice to sit around covered pool area and chat in the late afternoon. Lots of space around. Only 25min into Darwin CBD. Safe, happy. We stayed 4 nights.

We loved our stay at Camp Calm! Very friendly host, very quiet and a safe place just out of town. Chan was very obliging and came for a chat on our first night there. Little Jib and Watu (the dogs) came for a visit too which was lovely as we miss our dogs we didn’t bring this trip. Pool was refreshing, heaps of room! Thanks Chan for a great stay!

Fantastic site! Flat, shady and meters from the beautiful pool. Chantelle and co were extremely welcoming hosts. Would not hesitate coming back.

Family of 4 and we loved staying at Camp Calm! We spent 5 nights there and it was the perfect spot to base ourselves whilst exploring Darwin. We had access to the gorgeous pool and outdoor area which is a massive bonus in the heat. Chan and Mick are excellent hosts and made sure we were settled in and comfortable. Thanks guys for having us, would highly recommend this place to everyone :)
