Yarramalong Valley Horse Farmstay at Forest Hill Arabian Stud offers a distinctive countryside retreat on the picturesque Central Coast of Australia. Family-owned (mother and son) and locally operated, we have been breeding world-class Arabian horses for over 50 years. The property spans 25 hectares of open pastureland with beautiful views across the Yarramalong Valley, creating a peaceful and immersive farm environment. Operating under the name Yarramalong Valley Horse Farmstay, the property offers boutique farmstay accommodation through Airbnb, with three unique residences available for guests. The farmstay is highly sought after by families and international visitors alike, earning over 1,000 five-star reviews on the Airbnb platform. A stay at Yarramalong Valley Horse Farmstay is more than accommodation — it is a truly unique, memorable, nature-based experience.Site is situated on a flat area with a large gravel pad that has been specifically designed to withstand heavy buses and RVs to ensure vehicles can get in and out safely when wet. Pad is surrounded by grass. Please note in some of the photos there is a picture of a bus. Since those photos we have brought in road base and rolled it to make a thick pad suitable for Hipcamp visitors. The site is located in the middle of the farm but lower down in an area that is private and away from the Airbnb accommodation. Easy access to a fire pit and all the beautiful Arabian horses and farm animals. You will also have views of the sunset.

Providing they are quiet as noise travels on the farm and we have guests and people sleeping so only use at times of day where it will not disrespect others. Thank you.

Fire Bans in place. Happy for guests to use bbq’s or a small portable fire pit. Please ask when you arrive what is and is not allowed. We have an in ground fire pit but it is $50 to use as we supply the wood etc and depends on fire bans in place.
No toilet; campers must bring camp toilets
Bins available
Recycling bin, trash bin. Trash Bin and Recycling Bins are at the entrance to the property. Please dispose of all rubbish there and leave site tidy as you found it. Thank you.

We have a cubby house with two slides. We also have a grassed tennis court with soccer field and basketball hoop and cricket set.

We had a wonderful stay at the farm! The campsite was peaceful, spacious, and surrounded by beautiful nature. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy. One of the highlights was all the friendly animals. They were well looked after and my kid loved meeting and feeding them. We highly recommend this farm to anyone looking for a unique camping experience, especially families with children. We would definitely love to come back!

Michael was a great host and super accomodating. Great farm with lots of animals for the kids to explore. Single site with a nice view out to a field with some horses. Also pretty close to tree top adventures if you are up for it.

A beautiful stay, and amazing host. We had a relaxing stay with the van tucked away need to a small creek amongst the trees. The spot was a flat gravel pad of ample size that we reversed into. Our experience with the host was perfect, and they opened their property to us as family. We spent the days wandering between the animals and have the perfect farm stay experience. Highly recommend.

If I could give more than five stars I would! My family stayed on the RV site on our trip back up north. I am so grateful I came across this gem. Core memories created for our family on our farm tour with Michael today. Not only did he show us the beautiful property and animals but shared so much knowledge on the animals and the land; giving us an experience we will never forget. Our 4 year old son started off a little nervous around the animals and Michael was so wonderful with helping him gain confidence and by the end of the tour he was so proud of himself and kept saying “Michael was so nice”. I know it will be an accomplishment and memory he will be talking about for years to come. Thank you so much Michael.

What a spectacular experience. The host Micheal was fantastic, very welcoming to everyone who came through the gate during the long weekend, including us. We stayed on a campsite down past the main barn. It was quiet, and very peaceful. The farm offers a tour of the property where you can be up close and personal with the horses and all of the other animals. I highly recommend to anyone looking for abit of fresh air and farm fun.

Yarramalong Valley Horse Farmstay
I took my 5yo daughter and we had a magical time. We camped alongside a campfire and horse fields. Yarramalong is a truly spectacular property. Beautiful horses, birds, sheep, goats, pigs, chickens set in magnificent fields. Michael & Jenny are wonderful hosts, going above & beyond to make sure your stay is memorable. The farm tour is terrific where you get to explore & learn all about the large property. I would highly recommend!

Site access isnt great for larger vehicles single dirt lane with limited turn circle and it didnt have a great outlook. With no greeting on arrival and a self park/ find your own way. Grass was over grown and you could see the animals but not ideal for kids. Little frustrating charging for kids , ended up being over $90 per night for a no frills gravel pit with no host interaction. I would reccomend signs on the property directing hicampers where to go as the location is litterally a gravel pit in the back of the property . By chance we did have the owner show us where to go upon hitting the wrong driveway. She gave us a power cord to run to the van. As a long time hipcamper I wouldnt reccomend for families or even caravans due to single lane access.

The site was private with a nice outlook to the horse paddocks. Lots of other animals there as well.
