Watch the sun drop behind the tree line, fall asleep to the sounds of the bush, wake up and drive two minutes to the beach. The location: Long Beach is one of the South Coast’s best kept secrets. A pristine dog friendly stretch of sand just a 3 minute drive away. Batemans Bay is 10 minutes with shops, cafes and all amenities. One of the most popular holiday destinations in NSW year round. Just 2 hours from Canberra and 3 hours from Sydney, making it the perfect escape for a long weekend. Getting here: Access via Cullendulla Road which comes off the Princes Hwy and entering via a dirt road. Sealed road to the entrance, easy to find. The site sits within a larger 42 acre private property bordering Murramarang National Park, so the bush surrounds are as real as it gets. You will hear the birds, see the wildlife and feel completely away from it all, yet Long Beach is just 2 minutes down the road and Batemans Bay is 10 minutes away for shops, cafes and supplies. Access to the site is via Cullendulla Road, entering through a dirt driveway directly opposite Blair’s Road. Entrance signs and site signs lead you to your spot. There are no onsite toilet facilities so guests must bring their own portable toilet or be self contained. Fires are permitted in a raised fire pit only. Please check current fire danger ratings before your stay. For activities, you are perfectly placed. Swim or walk the dog at Long Beach, explore the trails of Murramarang National Park, kayak or fish in the local waterways, or simply relax around the fire and do nothing at all.
