We are using technology to create energy and resource efficient accommodation. Our 2 bedroom spacious cottages are spread out on our 30ac Snow Gum Parklands. Each cottage is private with plenty of area to expand and relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hotplates and micro wave. There is a bath room with shower and toilet with another separate toilet and drying room. We are only 2klm to the centre of town but it may as well be 100klm away as there is many native animals and flora and no neighbours. We are located next to Jindabyne Airstrip. There are very few flights in and out of the airstrip which is a real novelty if you see an aircraft. Our unique cottages are powered by solar power with no grid connect and use rain water that falls on site. All our linen is washed in spring water by on site solar power and dried by wind and sunlight which is a huge saving to the environment. Our cottages are constructed using local granite so they can blend into the environment. The new cottages are built to be insulated from the Winter cold and the Summer heat. Double glazed and double insulated cottages which are orientated to make the use of the Sun where the hot summer Sun does not enter the cottages and in Winter the Sun flows in to keep the cottages warm. In Winter with the use of a wood fired heater the cottages stay toasty warm and if not regulated properly can get quiet hot. Our Snow Gum woodland environment supports native birds and animals which come and go as they please.

The cottage is very private with views over Snow Gum woodlands, open grasslands and aircraft landing field. You’ll love the ambiance, privacy, quietness, and open space with many native birds and animals. All this and only 2klm from town centre. The space The cottage is fully self contained with a full kitchen and large bathroom with an extra toilet in a separate room. Our very private Eco Cottages are fully self contained and fully sustainable with 100% solar power and all water used is rain water which is collected on site. The individual cottages are very private in parkland surrounds. Situated only 2klm from the centre of town. There are no neighbours and is very quiet. There are many native animals on site. The cottages have a full kitchen with oven, hotplates and microwave. All linen is supplied. They are very large with 80 sq m living. Registration number Exempt

Touchdown Cottages are set in a unique private location and only 2 km from the centre of Jindabyne. The 2brm cottages are surrounded by Snow Gums and landscaped gardens with rolling lawns. Our 4 cottages each have their own unique aspect. Each cottage is fully solar powered which operates extremely well. The cottages have 2 bedrooms with a large bath room and 2 toilets. There is also a large fully equipped kitchen and a large living area. The space There are 4 cottages all very new with modern facilities. all the cottages have 2 bedrooms. There is also a fold out bed for a fifth person. Each cottage has a large kitchen with a full gas oven, gas top & microwave. Runway View and the Rock Garden cottages have 2 bedrooms and can sleep 4 people. They have a bathroom and an extra toilet. Guest access All the cottages are completely private from each other with 4 cottages spread across 6 acres of land. there are no neighbours to the property so it looks even more private. Registration number Exempt
