This enchanting tree-filled, 13-acre property is located in the beautiful South Coast region of NSW, close to the spectacular beaches of Jervis Bay and quaint villages of Berry and Kangaroo Valley. The property is hidden away among the gumtrees and surrounded by dairy country. It is a perfect, peaceful place to base yourself for a weekend or a week exploring the beaches and nature walks in the region, or the rock climbing areas of Nowra. Your accommodation is either a cosy room in our converted barn, where you'll be very comfortable with all you need for a great weekend away, or a spacious camping spot in your own tent or van.

Camp Site 1 - is a lovely flat tree lined area for fully self contained campers, room for a car and caravan or campervan. We have toilets available for your use at the far side of the barn (its a bit of a walk) There is 1 female and 1 male toilet. Fires allowed out of fire season and wood is available for collection. Fires in provided fire pit only.

Camp spot 2 - is tucked away among the trees and has room for 2 tents, or camper-vans. We have toilets available for your use at the far side of the big barn. There is 1 female and 1 male toilet. Fires allowed out of fire season in a fire pit above ground which we can supply if needed and wood is available to be collected. Be welcomed by the sheep on your arrival and feel free to give them any raw vegetable scraps you may have.

The Barn Studio If you love the idea of camping but want to enjoy the comforts of home then we have the place for you. Located on a bush block surrounded by dairy country you can enjoy a cosy night by the campfire under the stars, maybe a guitar and sing along, then retire to your air conditioned room to sleep. Awake to the sounds of the local birdlife and the sheep in the paddock. 5 minutes from Nowra 25 mins to the beaches of Jervis Bay and to Berry.

Beautiful chilled out spot. Feels very private and I think it would even if the four spots were taken. Had a lovely time sitting in the sun and cooking dinner. Paula is lovely and friendly. Totally worth the money for a nice camp spot in the shade of the trees. Woolies is only a 8 min drive for supplies. Wedding music on the Saturday night down the road really isn't that loud.

Amazing experience ! Paula's place is beautifully surrounded by trees and calm. She provides great spots with fire place. The toilets are super well maintained. Super easy to find. Best experience! Will book again Cheers!

Lovely sites, facilities and location. Not too far from any major need but a perfect spot with fresh air, sunset and sunrise views and some peace and quiet! Hosts are great at responding and keeping in touch. 10/10 will come again

We enjoyed our stay at campsite 1. The grounds were lovely, and toilets were spotless. Directions were clear and easy to follow. Unfortunately, the area around the camp is popular for weddings, which meant a very late, noisy Saturday night for campers.

Great spot. Over the fence was water and we thought there would be a million mozzies but there were none. When we got back from our outing we lit the wee fire drum and sat listening to the frogs. Would definitely come back, host was great to communicate with.

Paula was so lovely, prompt with her responses & helpful in every way. The location was easy to find, directions were clear. We experienced lush green grass, surrounded by gum tress, cows in the distance, birds everywhere, hares could be spotted in the mornings. We felt relaxed at Paula property. And I must mention feeding the sheep, my kids loved it.

We spent the whole week end there and would be happy to stay longer. Easy firewood, close to beaches, national park, markets. Buut far from general noise. Only a few spots on site which is make the area really quiet and intimate. No shower but toilet really clean and modern. Thank you Paula for having us and your warm welcome! See you next time

The Barn Studio
Beautiful location, so serene. The trees on the property are really tall and the afternoon light coming through the property was stunning. Paula is lovely - very friendly, and willing to accomodate. It was nice to have a gas stove and oven to cook a meal in as well.

We came down to see the Bull Riding Competition and needed a place to stay. We had a great time. We arrived early and were able tour the area. The Bull Riding was crazy and exciting. The camp site was fantastic. The toilets were very clean. it was only one night but we would come back again to tour some more. Cheers Don

Really enjoyed our stay at Secrets of Terera. Camp spot was quiet and generous in size, lovely big gums everywhere and firewood for the fire pit. Nice clean toilets. Close the beaches too. Would stay again for sure.

We were given campsite number four, which was perfect for our 52.5-foot-long combination between our Silverado 2500 and Titanium caravan. The location was both beautiful and tranquil. We had dinner by the fire pit, which was kept full with logs provided by our host, and enjoyed a bottle of red we picked up at a local bottle shop. I enjoyed cycling in the morning on the quiet country roads, and we'll be back. Terara is a thousand miles from anywhere, yet close to everywhere. Great weekend and fantastic location.

The camping grounds was easy to find. The property is organised with piles of firewood ready for the campfires with provided pits per campsite. The place is secluded and have enough space between campsites to still enjoy privacy. While the toilets may be a bit of a walk from the campsites, it is well kept and very clean. I would highly recommend the Secrets of Terara.

The camping ground and the toilet were cleaned and well maintained. The instruction was very clear. Paula was very accommodating. Upon my arrival she greeted me and ensured everything was okay, and directed me where the toilet is. She also ensured that there were firewoods ready just right next to my campsite.

Really nice property in a rural area. Cows, sheep and rabbits around. Clean toilets. Only 4 campsites, so lack of neighbours is great. Firewood provided which is a big thumbs up for winter camping. Host is lovely & a great communicator.

Great convenient spot 2hs from Sydney. If you want to have a fire, go surfing and be close to the shops in Nowra, that's the spot. Super convenient and Paula is a lovely host. Thx for having me.

staying at Paula's property was fantastic! We had campsite number four which is enormous. In fact they're all enormous. Perfect spot nestled in amongst the dairy farms… Beautiful forest setting. I can't believe how much firewood we got to use. Cute times feeding the sheep. The location is fantastic for exploring the area… Couldn't have been happier with our stay ❤️❤️❤️😎
