Scribbly Gums and Open Paddock
My partner and I had a great time here - loved the views and the peace & quiet. Yes there’s a street around the campsite but we barely heard any cars. Would recommend to anyone who’s happy to just chill out as there’s not much to do around (which is exactly what we wanted).

Overall it was ok , we had to take our camper off the car , as walking on the property was not that exciting. Because of that we discovered Olney state forest ( the basin campground) with a beautiful walk ! Also it was hard to find a flat spot to level the camper , and we are not a fan of road noise ( a road on either side of the camping ) which we thought would not be a problem,as the reviews stated quite and peaceful. There were roadworks at night , so might not be always that noisy . Very friendly dog who welcomed us on arrival ( owner was not home ) and yes , the view is amazing! Also good fire opportunities with some wood .

Nice spot for a stop over but wouldn’t stay for more then a night or 2
The pin is in the wrong spot
Actual location is “ 16 Forest Rd
Kulnura NSW 2250”
It was mentioned that sites would be clearly labeled but I couldn’t see any markings
Can hear a fair amount of traffic noise from the trucks going up and down the hill
You get an amazing view being up on the hill but the wind can be pretty bad

Lovely spot, with plenty of space and privacy even with another campers on site. Beautiful, picturesque views and lovely native birdsong in the mornings. Great place to watch the sunrise and star gazing at night. Great location to explore the surrounding areas. Would stay again!

Took some finding - (number 16 forest road if you get stuck) but Martin was absolutely lovely, lent us some matches, some fire lighters, and a torch. Great stay, thanks again!

Great view across the mountains and a fairly private setting. We did have trouble finding a flat site for our camper even after using a levelling ramp. You might need to put a plank under your levelling block. It's not too bad, but if being slightly off level bothers you and you can't fix it then this isn't the camp for you.
Great spot tho - we loved the outlook.

Scribbly Gums and Open Paddock
Nice quiet site, good fire pits for each site. Grassy so no mud/dirt. Lots of black cockatoo. We would definitely go back.

Staying on Martin’s land was fabulous. The view is so pleasant and firewood was ready for me when I arrived. Martin is an extremely helpful host and a true gentleman. I will definitely be staying there again.
