Riverdell, the hidden valley, offers 28 acres of lush valley floor flowing between mountain roots and a rocky stream. Easily accessible just off the Kings Highway, take your pick of campsites along the river and watch for bandicoots and wombats, or the myriad of birdlife. This fully off-grid, handmade, sustainable farmhouse will put you in touch with nature and truly at peace with the world. Let your imagination flow and the real world melt away, taking its hurts and stresses. Heal your mind and soul as you reconnect with nature.Take your pick of river frontage among some colossal native trees, light a fire in one of our fire pits or just enjoy the serenity of the hidden vale. The stone house is available to all guests to make use of the amenities, this includes shower, toilets, kitchen and BBQ. There will be other guest groups sharing the space, please follow the signage for all to enjoy this off grid paradise.

The Homestead Camp
We had a fantastic stay and can already see the huge potential this property has. The new owners have only recently taken over the farm and are just beginning their camping journey, but they've created a welcoming experience from the start. The property itself is beautiful, with a lovely creek and swimming hole. Access was easy, and the hosts were friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure guests had a great stay. Even in its early stages, it's a peaceful and picturesque place to camp, and we look forward to seeing how it evolves over the coming years.

A Hidden Gem by the Creek

We had an amazing stay at Riverdell. Tom was a fantastic host very friendly, welcoming, and took the time to show us around and explain everything when we arrived. Our campsite was right beside the creek, and falling asleep to the sound of flowing water was incredibly relaxing. We couldn't resist taking a dip in Cabbage Tree Creek despite the cold weather the water was crystal clear and absolutely beautiful. We even drank straight from the creek, and the water tasted amazing. Tom was kind enough to provide us with internet access, which was greatly appreciated. The toilets and amenities were spotless and well maintained. We didn't use the kitchen much apart from washing dishes, but it was clean. Firewood was available at a very reasonable price, making it easy to enjoy a campfire in the evenings. Combined with the peaceful setting, great facilities, and welcoming host, this was one of our favourite camping experiences. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing creekside getaway whcih is near to Canberra. We'll definitely see you Tom!
