Fantastic Hipcamp and exactly what we look for when travelling. The site was flat with lush green grass, a great mix of shade and sunshine, beautiful views, and plenty of privacy. Having power, water, a firepit, and walking trails all on-site meant it really had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, while also respecting guests' privacy, which was much appreciated.
One tip for future campers: follow the directions provided in the listing rather than relying on Google Maps.
This place is exactly what Hipcamp should be. We'll definitely be back!
We had a wonderful weekend at Plantation Gully. Peaceful and relaxing. Personally shown to the site by Jack who was great and provided tips on the best place to park for the solar. Site was well maintained and clean with power and water available. Jack and his beautiful wife and children then delivered the firewood and freshly made bread that was still warm - it was delicious. Very friendly hosts we will definitely be back and will try for 2 nights.

Had a fantastic stay here. Everything was great from start to finish. The campsite was well maintained, peaceful, and exactly what we were looking for.
The host is a really good bloke – friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with anything we needed. You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure guests have a great experience.
We'll definitely be back again and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing camping getaway.

Awesome spot right on Wingello State Forest. Bore water, fire pit, fire wood and even a power outlet! BYO sleeping quarters and dunny and you're set 😉
Wonderful welcoming hosts, dog-friendly with access to power and water. Highly recommended for a stay in the Southern Highlands. The homemade sour dough (order ahead) was superb and the farm fresh eggs were terrific for breakfast.
Loads of room to park the big rigs. There was mesh fencing around the entire area so perfect for the doggo’s so they can run and play and not get out.
Little bit of a maneuver to get in the gate if you have a large rig but pretty easy and Jack is still working on the place to make things easier to turn up near their house.
The hosts are just the loveliest of people. So welcoming and very helpful. Missed out on some fresh sour dough this time, but got some lovely farm fresh eggs which we are enjoying.
This is the perfect place for a little quiet get away whilst still being close to plenty around to explore.
We will def be back again in the future.

Neat little camp area with views as far as the eye can see, Jack and his family were very accommodating.
Highly recommend the stay, plenty of walking tracks through out the area with the wildlife also.
