Unique riverside camping and caravan sites, just 12 minutes off the Pacific Highway at Nabiac (Mid North Coast NSW). Our private boat ramp and jetty provide access to the Coolongolook, Wang Wauk, and Wallingat Rivers, which lead into Wallis Lake and Forster — making our site perfect for boating and fishing enthusiasts. River and ocean charters for fishing or leisure can be booked in advance. Exclusive campground bookings are also available for large groups and events. Also available are 8 peaceful, lodge-style rooms that sleep 4 (double bed and two single bunks) with ensuites. A communal kitchen, common room, BBQ, and fire pit make our lodge accommodation ideal for group bookings such as reunions, clubs, retreats, and weddings. Lodge rooms can only be booked by contacting Minimbah Fishing Lodge directly — contact details are on our website. School holiday special: 7 nights for the price of 5 when booking lodge rooms. Centrally located for exploring the Great Lakes, Barrington, and Manning tourist regions.

Peaceful riverside flats are "first-in, best-positioned". A shallow river bank is perfect for the kids to play and for cooling off in the warmer weather. A private boat ramp and jetty will satisfy the fishing, boating and water-sports enthusiasts. There is a communal fire pit and picnic area to socialise with other campers, or you may have your own above ground firepit at your campsite.

Very Friendly host. Nice quiet spot with direct river frontage. Boat ramp and small jetty for those with boats or canoes. Does have a small sandy shore where you can swim. Lots of birdlife for peaceful ambiance. Plenty of grassed flat sites for self contained. There is a long drop toilet if required. Fires allowed if you have your own off ground firepit but also had a communal one set up as well. Had a relaxing long weekend.

Absolutely beautiful spot. An added bonus to have the campgrounds to ourselves. Will definitely stay again when we’re in the area next time. Thank you for a wonderful stay on your land.

Caravan, dog and fishing - winner!

This hidden little gem is definitely a place we look forward to coming back to. For us, it was a last minute decision after we decided to pull up stumps at our other camping spot so we had no idea what to expect. Nice flat area for our caravan and it was dog friendly! My only disappointment was that we didn’t have enough time to enjoy all the fishing opportunities.

Our new favourite. Such a beautiful spot and loved the variety of swimming and fishing at camp or heading to the Forster sand islands only 15 minutes away via boat. Loved how roomy the campground felt and the communal fire pit encourages campers to socialise and meet each other. The booking team were fantastic with having to reschedule / book extra days. Highly recommend

the boat ramp was fantastic bin provided fire and animals on lead. a portable toilet cubicle would be great for long weekends and nyes definatly go back again, even rescued the sheep that had escaped the fencline the mum was calling it so mrs said open the gate n round it in hahahah

A beautiful quiet spot next to the river. Clear instructions on how to find the site and great communication from the hosts who accepted our stay late on in the day! Would really really recommend.

Everything was perfect. The swim, the place, the people, the campfire and the next morning with dolphins swimming in the river. A life long memories of this place. Will surely come back again.
