The best host! Geoff est un homme adorable, affable et serviable. Il donne plein d'indications sur des lieux extras et hors des sentiers tracés par les guides. Le terrain est joli, 2 chèvres y vivent aussi dans leur enclos. Quantité d'oiseaux enchanteurs, passage d'une famille de kangourous tous les matins lors de notre séjour. Les enfants étaient aux anges. Nous recommandons vivement!

Nice spot just outside of main town! Geoff the host was lovely, always up for a chat and had great local knowledge. The site was perfect for our stay! This spot is perfect if you're up for some adventure, whether that's natural or some old local buildings. The site was a little closer to other houses than I thought but that was no issue!

We found our campsite without any problem using the directions provided. It was quiet, clean and had convenient amenities. Geoff is warm, friendly, knowledgable and very happy to share information about his place and the surrounding attractions. The miniature goats are very friendly too, especially if you have a little fruit/veggie treat for them!

This was a great one night stop and allowed us to explore some remote areas on the Newnes Plateau. Friendly host, basic amenities, adorable goats that our son enjoyed feeding.

Such a convenient spot for some amazing walks and POi…. great little set up areas with toilets at each spot. Basic but all you need, perfect for my little van, had a fire, a bbq… great night

Lovely place, secluded at the edge of the town.
Very peaceful and relaxing, I wish I had more time to stay an extra night and explore the area. Woke up to a family of kangaroos outside the van. Highly recommend it. Geoff is really friendly and helpful too, recommend loads to do in the area.

We had a great stay at Little creek. It was the perfect location to explore Gardens of Stone State Conservation area and the lost city walk.
Geoff was very friendly and helpful with information on the area.
The campsite was perfect, with firewood pit, firewood, toilet, and goats next door.

We loved our stay at Geoff’s place. It was such a lovely quiet site and so easy to access all the great sights in the Blue Mountains from there..

Great hospitality from host Geoff. We enjoyed 2 nights and loved camping next to a running creek. Very relaxing. We have a self contained camper but found the facilities useful. A great place to escape to and enjoy a break.

Nice cheap little o’nite camp spot. Took our teardrop camper with a Rav4. Would not recommend a bigger rig set-up. Short walk to State Mine Museum area - quite fascinating.
Nice local bird sp. We ID’d 28 during our short stay.
Geoff is very friendly and can give fab local advice.
Overall - we enjoyed our stay. Thx Geoff.

Geoff has tha most amazing tent sites, close to the little creek and with sheds that accommodate toilets. He also has firewood in the property and the land itself is so close to Lithgow. Geoff is an absolute Gem and a wonderful source of knowledge. By far my best hipcamp experience, I will be back 🤘✨️

Geoff is very passionate about his block, and provided excellent advice about nearby highlights. There is a small creek, with kangaroos and a nice variety of birds. The land is right on the edge of Lithgow, so would be good for beginner campers, and those looking for convenience.
Geoff provided plenty of free firewood, and Camp Site 2 had a BBQ and toilet.

Geoff was a superstar of a host, felt very accommodated and was full of amazing knowledge that really helped me and my trip. The stay was wholesome, magnificent morning view, accompanied by two sweet mini goats. Great facilities for a camp, and will definitely come back here if I pass Lithgow again.

My Partner and I camped at Geoff’s place and enjoyed our stay! Geoff provided lots of great suggestions for sites to visit around the area as well as interesting history about the property itself! Had no issues and felt very comfortable

Site was great and was in a perfect spot for us as we were doing 4wd tracks, it was in the middle of the town centre and state mine gully road. Site had everything we needed, seats, toilet, shower and a fire pit which made the cold bearable. Geoff was the perfect host, very knowledgeable and friendly, only regret I had was not asking him for more tips
10/10 would come again

Such a beautiful and peaceful campsite! The directions were clear and easy to follow. The compost toilet was clean and well-maintained. At night, the sky was stunning — we saw so many bright stars and the moon. The nearby creek added to the calm vibe. Geoff was amazing and so helpful, sharing info about the area and its history. We also got to meet his two friendly goats, Pedro and Moth! An unforgettable and relaxing experience.

We were only there for a few hours but thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Geoff’s property. Geoff was a very helpful and welcoming host and his campsite was the perfect size for us with the car and a swag. We would have loved to have stayed longer and explored the property a bit more!

We loved our stay at Little Creek Retreat. Its a beautiful quiet spot. Geoff went out of his way to make us feel welcome and was the perfect host. Suited to smaller caravans and tents anything over 20ft might be tricky for access.
