No dirt bikes or quads permitted so do not enquire. A beautiful 100 acre farm in Wootton. Great Lakes (Myall, Smith and Wallis Lakes), 30 minutes from Seal Rocks, 40 mins from Forster and just 10km off the M1. The property offers magnificent views of green hills & dams. Some spots are easily accessible others need 4WD such as the top of the hill or down in the valley. Approx 3 km of council maintained dirt road to access the property. Dogs welcome & are fine to be off-lead provided kid and cow friendly. There are no amenities so campers must need to have own toilet and leave no trace.
