We have stayed at Harpers Farm 6 or 7 times now and absolutely love it. It’s a beautiful little piece of paradise and we are so grateful to be able to stay there.

Stunning private camp area! Peaceful with wildlife in abundance. The shallow edges of the river were great for the little one. Mick and Raili were easy to contact and very helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone!

We absolutely loved our stay the view was absolutely breathtaking! Having the whole place to ourselves makes for a very peaceful and relaxing stay. The drop toilet was a huge bonus and very clean and top of the drop toilet range! I took my 82 year old father and my black Labrador both thoroughly enjoying themselves, walking and kayaking and cooking over the open fire. The days were perfect and the fog over the lake and the stars at night were second to none, I would highly recommend and we will definitely return.

This was our second stay here and it was just as wonderful as the first. We loved the peaceful sounds of the water and the chance to truly switch off and unwind. Such a calm, relaxing spot, we’ll definitely be back again.

We spent four beautiful nights at Harper Farms and couldn’t have asked for a better escape. The property is stunning, with breathtaking views along the Mann River and abundant wildlife all around. It was the perfect place to unwind - peaceful, scenic, and truly rejuvenating. My family came away feeling relaxed, refreshed, and incredibly grateful for the experience. Highly recommended!

Such beautiful landscapes. We were thankful that we could experience Mick and Raili’s property overseeing the river. They also left firewood at the site which was a plus for us as we were worried that we didn’t have enough. Highly recommend

Having the place to ourselves is a real plus (we are return campers). Easy access to water for kayaks once you are in and plenty of firewood. We go to see Mick the cattleman this time and the boys thought that was pretty cool. Thanks Harper team, we will be back.

My partner and I were lucky enough to enjoy this beautiful space to ourselves. This has to be one of our favourite spots now. Absolutely stunning views, complete tranquility. We were greeted by a beautiful horse on arrival. The cows grazed around the campsite. Watching the birds here is something magical. It was very cold but we were given plenty of firewood. We had the most perfect time.
We look forward to returning during the warmer months!

Great expansive spot so the choices were endless when trying to choose a place to set up camp. Plenty of exploring to do along the rivers edge for the boys or the young at heart with plenty of fishing, with lots of local wildlife to enjoy . A great weekend !

This is such a beautiful property with camping and caravans welcome. You camp right beside the beautiful Mann River where you can swim, canoe or Kayak. You have the area to yourself which is great and there is an onsite drop toilet. Would definitely recommend.

Spent 4 days and nights, clear water to swim, very private. Had a visit from the local cows, horses, and peacocks. Had a couple of storms roll in early in the week and follow up rain. Well worth the costs as the public campground up the river was packed and got a little noisy.

This is a beautiful and secluded spot right on the river. It was peaceful and quiet. The river was great for swimming and kayaking and the wildlife was abundant.
Highly recommended if you are looking for some peace where your mobile does not work.

Exclusive river front camping, with capacity for half a dozen sites lined up along the river bank, plus extra available space on the upper terrace. Having a small boat adds to the adventure. This was our 2nd stay, and we are discussing making it an annual event.

Loved our stay right on the river front in our self contained van, we were lucky and had the area to ourselves so was our own little paradise swimming and canoeing in river, beautiful bird life kids feed the turtles and peacocks
Dogs loved being off lead to run and swim

I loved the camp site at camp Cangai beautiful river views accommodating cattle and horses. Plenty of choice for a camp site and the drop toilet a blessing. Highly recommend site close to fabulous Gibraltar national park.

Great camping spot right on the river with plenty of room to set up a camp. At the time of our stay the river was a standout, crystal clear water with the prefect temperature for swimming and kayaking. Would happily go back.

Great property. And beautiful view. There was a nice flat area to set up, plenty of fire wood and nice and quiet.
There were some other campers on the other side of the river at a different place but they were far enough away that privacy wasn’t an issue. Would happily go back.
