Jackie’s communication was great, very informative and concise. Unfortunately we had to cancel to due heavy rains in the area. Jackie gave us the heads up about the conditions and when we cancelled said ‘we would rather you be able to enjoy the camp site and see it at its best’ . Made us feel good and we will definitely hook again. Thanks Jackie

We had a great time. The sunset site was quite secluded which is important to us when camping. Nice and quiet. Owners very friendly and helpful. The site was huge, plenty of room for our massive tent and vehicles. Few stumps still in the ground under the tent and the site a little slopey. But i would still highly recommend it.

This was our first Hipcamp experience and we will definately be back for more and also hope to be back to Jackies beautiful property! Our site was in the top corner of the property backing onto some bushland for shade. We had the most beautiful sunsets and saw kangaroos in the mornings. The hosts were lovely and checked in on us without being intrusive. The sites are spread far apart and although it was full being Easter, it was quiet and peaceful. We loved that the site had a bin, some free firewood and 20L of water, and we hired a toilet which was really good and made it easy despite there being no facilities. The property is near Taralga which is a beautiful little village with an awesome park for the kids, 2 good pubs, a general store and a great little cafe. There is also a wildlife farm but we didnt visit it as we were too busy relaxing. Thanks Jackie and family!

Had a great time at Jackie's campsite - view was beautiful. Jackie is super helpful and responsive to messages. There's also a BBQ set, trailer, and tables provided at the campsite so great for groups. Would recommend!

We were delighted to find such five-star hosts!
We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; we would visit again easily!

Sites with lovely views just about 10mins from Taralga. Met by Alex who guided us to our site and safety/site briefing. The track up to the Hilltop site is good, blue stone in some of the deeper ruts, just a little bumpy. Well sized flat grassed site circled by low Chinese shrub with a contained fire-pit. No shade, but not what we needed on our weekend. Nearest visible site a good 50-75 metres away. Some nice property walks along the track. A really pleasant weekend was had, even had a short-lived but dramatic thunderstorm.

Excellent place for camping. The land is beautiful, plenty of wild life, peaceful and quiet. Taralga is just 15min away by car.
I've been there twice, first time was a one night camping while bike packing. Alex was super friendly and he accommodated easily a couple of our 'bike packing' needs such as providing 20L of drinkable water + firewood + a super clean portable toilet. We could not have got better than that!
Another week end I then took the family down, and at last minute the weather was not great but the camper trailer was available, so we rented the camper trailer rather than pitching the tent. And again, it was perfect. Kids has so much fun. The camper trailer is very comfortable and there are chairs + table on site, which makes the camping experience a bit more luxurious ;-)
On the way back to Sydney we bought one of their lamb rack from their own farm, it looked beautiful and we just can't wait to grill it on the BBQ in the coming days.
A big thank you to Jackie and Alex for being such wonderful host.

Awesome experience! The camper tent was better than expected - clean & super insulated from the cold outside. The mattress was super comfortable - we slept soo well. The BBQ lamb pack was super tasty - highly recommended. Jackie supplied a large amount of logs to keep us warm at night.
We will definitely come back again! 🦘🐑🌧⛺️🔥

Jackie and her team were so helpful, in the picture we saw there was a grill on the BBQ but not on the one at the site and they made us one out of chicken wire, which was really lovely of them!
The porter toilet we used was good for some of our first time campers and those not used to a bush toilet.
Jackie and the team were also very reactive to any requests and super chatty and lovely about everything.
For those with a low 2wd, the entrance is a little stressful at times, but you can get in!

Sunset Site is a new site with beautiful views! Just away from the trees so byo shade. Slightly sloped, but not problematic. Hosts were great and supplied fire drum and pine offcuts, as well as 20L rainwater and rubbish bag. Hosts passionate about their land management and site will only get better with time! Moderate Optus reception. Site closest to gate so other campers do drive past, but not an issue and still relatively private. We will be back again!

I made a very last minute booking at the corner site and Jackie’s prompt communication was very helpful. Jackie and her family were very welcoming, had Covid-safe practices, ran through all the info we could possibly need about the site and went out of their way to guide all members of the group into the site (we all came in different cars and arrived at different times). The sunset was amazing and we saw kangaroos! Great place for stargazing. I would recommend adding firewood and a toilet to your stay as it is great value for money. I am with Optus and had decent phone reception. Will definitely be staying again in the future.

Beautiful views, the kids had a ball exploring in the bush and the adults loved kicking back with a drink by the fire. Easy to find with a huge load of timber ready to go, a bin onsite and for the future we will also book a toilet.

RV Trailer site
A great little spot in the corner of the property with awesome views far off into the distance. A nice spot to watch the sun go down. The host was friendly and greeted us upon arrival. Also very generous with the firewood add-on. Toilet hire also made things a little more comfy for our weekend stay. A good amount of privacy if you park your car the right way. You could easily level out an RV without too much work. We camped in tents on this site, most flat spots have a slight gradient, which was completely manageable.

Amazing property & campsite! Given an introduction of the site. Views on views. The sunset was incredible & never ending. Highly recommend for anyone looking a nice relaxing campsite. 👍👍

Green Ridge is a great spot for a quiet getaway. Sites are well spaced, even though we had the place to ourselves. Big fire pit with plenty of firewood on offer. We will be back.

We loved our stay at Green Ridge. We booked last minute to camp on their farm and they quickly accepted the request.
Jackie and her family was very kind to offer us firewood from their property. Campsite had a fire pit, firewood together and a fire extinguisher nearby. We’ll definitely be back!

Apart from the dreaded rain we had a great time.Stayed overnight for a quick getaway. We had the place to ourselves. Were met by hosts at the gate and shown to our spot. Good sized area. Big fire pit with firewood waiting was great. Couldn't fault it. Thanks again

Nice little spot. You can see the other campers but have your own space. Hosts were very friendly and dropped off extra wood!! Not heaps to do in terms of exploring or activities, so best if you have your own entertainment.

Camper trailer set up site (2WD)
We booked 2Wd camper trailer set up for two days and two nights. Very good spot for family or friend reunion. The area is on the top hill and huge. Can accommodate alot of people up to 10 ish.
Very easy to reach from Sydney or Canberra approx 2-3 hours drive.

Camped for the long weekend. Great spot, spectacular views. Jackie and the family were excellent hosts, we got a great overview of the property including safety things from Jackie's boys. Plenty of wood provided and they dropped around during the weekend to see if we needed anything. Thanks!

Lovely place to stay. We stayed in the grove and there were other campers but everyone has their own space , very well set out. I did not think that it was easy to ring when at gate . we had no phone reception so had to use satellite phone. Alex was very nice and helpful when showing us the site.

What a camp site, beautiful views, secluded,plenty of fire wood, peaceful, excellent hosts, great hiking tracks, easy access, just had an all round relaxing time, Jackie and family were very accommodating and informative on local area and livestock on property.
