We had a wonderful but short stay at Gingernut farm. We met some wonderful people and shared some good times. Craig the host was great and very knowledgeable about the property and its nature. We visited the glow-worms, basked in the sun of the top paddock and swam in the local rock pools. We would have like to have stayed longer but we will return next time we are in the area.

We have just visited GingerNut Farm for the second time, and we loved being there just as much as on our first time.
A beautiful setting, and a warm and friendly welcome from the hosts.

It was a delight to experience my first Hipcamp (and first clothing optional camp) at Gingernut Farm. Such a wonderful 5 days. Craig, Andy and Greg were wonderful hosts and Gingernut is a quiet property with a lovely creek, paddocks, bushland and wildlife. Amenities down at the main campground are basic, but functional. I’ll definitely be back! Thankyou fellas and the other campers for making my stay at Gingernut such a warm and positive experience.

GingerNut Farm is more than incredibly beautiful. I would recommend it to any adults. I was so very fortunate to camp in "the glorious glade" directly in front of the huge Monet-like lily pond that is surrounded by the most divine ghost gums. In the morning the sun came up over the pond and spilled into the tent. Sitting naked having coffee in the midst of this was glorious. The fact that the venue is clothes optional heightens the relaxation and wonderful sense of self. It was so freeing. The waterhole in the creek is divine. And there is a wonderful sense of natural and self expressive artistry about the place. GingerNut farm is filled with an "older kind of magic".
I had so many wonderful experiences. Everyone is incredibly friendly. As the host, Craig outdoes himself in terms of his attentiveness, organisation and welcome. He is so very welcoming and utterly charming. I had the most divine stay and I'll definitely be going back. It's fantastic to be in such a sex positive, body affirming place. It's honest and affirming LGBTQI energy really makes the stay that more glorious.
But at its core, it is the stunning beauty of the land, the trillion star nights and the profound energy of safety, inclusively and wonder that makes GingerNut Farm so special. I didn't want to leave. I couldn't recommend it highly enough. I can't wait to go back.

Craig was definitely the nicest and most attentive host I have ever met at a privet campground.
The property was perfect. Having the creek flowing nicely was a treat, absolute bonus that there was several spots of water in the shade at all times of the day.
I had never stayed at a clothing optional property and found the experience very freeing. There was a strong vibe of body positivity.

This is such a spectacular Hip Camp. Craig is definitely the hostess with the mostess! He is the most relaxed, friendliest, and helpful host. You are surrounded by lush green paddocks, with a running/flowing creek to cool off in. There are so many nature surprises that include walking and exploring the property by day and then with Craig
As your guide through the forest by night. As the Hip Camp says everything is optional. It is a peaceful and calming place to stay if you want to unwind and escape your regular life. We will be visiting again on
our way back from our travels.

Greg, Craig and Andy have created a special place that is relaxing, welcoming and open minded. During my stay Greg was very generous with his time and made an effort to make every guest feel welcome. The grounds are quiet, spacious, well maintained and private. I look forward to my next visit to Gingernut Farm.

Didn’t want to leave! Booked for 2 stayed for 4 - loved this place. One of the best we’ve found in our 5mths on the road - spacious sites with no set boundaries, running creek, fire pit supplied where go grab own wood, basic amenities which are fantastically functional, nature walks available on property, much bird life & frogs happy in the distance. Craig amazing host - much has been done to the property & has every right to be proud. Craig took us on a tour at night to see the glow worms after we were lucky enough to see fire flies near where camped. We had great fellow campers & weather. Store up the road makes nice wood fired pizzas too. This place was soothing, left totally relaxed 🙏

Very peaceful space. Great balance between shade and sun for solar.
Showers and toilets immaculate. Hosts very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Fireflies were very cool along the river.

We had a great time staying at Craig's property for a 9-night camping stay. Not especially experienced, and some pretty serious wet, windy and wintry weather prevailed. Still, we had an amazing time. The fellas were super welcoming, the property is beautiful, and the basic facilities provide much of what you need. In addition, there's a pile of stuff to enjoy at the farm, and in the surrounding community that the hosts are very well connected to. We had a rejuvenating and relaxing time at one with the natural surrounds. Would do again. Jason and Mark.

Wonderful experience and extremely obliging and welcoming owners. Great forest walks with my dog and a sensational massage in the forest. Easy to locate and accessible in our motor home. Camp shower and portable toilets available on site. We chose to stay in the paddock section as it is fully fenced for our border collie dog. Would recommend and will definitely be back. Clothes optional was great for us and everyone on site made us feel very comfortable.

Craig is a lovely person, and his land is so beautiful and peaceful. I stayed there for two nights and played music near the river. Thank you for the warm welcome and the beautiful landscape you have.

Lovely piece of this great country, the boys do a fantastic job of making you feel welcome. Great flat enclosed paddock for those with fur babies. With loads to explore including the walking trails and the creak to be one with nature (but naked) while kicking back and relaxing. Defiantly comming back.

We broke down 10km for the site and had to have van towed, Craig, Greg & Andy were fantastic in allowing us to glamp in one of their tents, whilst providing impeccable hostage, care, comfort, consideration in ensuring we were looked after not only by them, but the other campers. All contributed to ensuring our stay was easy and memorable- we will be back soon!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gingernut Farm Camping, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. Nestled in a serene and picturesque setting, this adults-only campsite offers a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

We stayed in the studio - a room with external access in the hosts' residence. Facilities are basic and rustic but enough for us to easily be comfortable. We enjoyed sharing space with Craig and Greg (Andy was away). They were very hospitable and kept us well supplied with tea, coffee and good conversation about so many topics.
One evening, we were taken on a short walk to see glow worms and bioluminescent fungi - both dependent on suitable conditions.
The property is large enough to take a good bushwalk along a meandering trail cut through the rainforest, providing lots of interesting opportunities to spot fascinating wildlife and flora.
We'd love to return some time. We appreciated the hosts' welcoming, non-judgemental and relaxed hospitality.

As long as you are okay having naked people ( which is what it’s about ) it’s a good spot, good shower, toilets , peaceful and the guys are super friendly and helpful. Can’t comment on swimming hole as was just after cyclone so bit muddy but imagine normal times we good ,. Nice walks on the property

Overall the hosts were very accommodating, even offering a tour of the property at night to see the glowworms. The creek was refreshing, but a little slow running and shallow in that part. Was very happy to find a place that is dog and fire friendly.

Couldn't speak more highly of this beautiful place and the most welcoming hosts, Craig, Greg and Andrew. It was a first time for us at a clothing optional campground, but any hesitations were gone as soon as we met the boys. They made us feel comfortable, and gave us some great recommendations for our time there. We enjoyed the creek, the walking trails and particularly loved the nightwalk with the boys to show us the glow worms and many other interesting plants and critters along the way. Will be back for sure!
