We are a family farm, not a caravan park. - 🌱 You are not just booking a campsite; you are booking - an immaculately maintained property - complimentary fire pit per site (byo wood), - clean amenities (incl. hot showers), - stunning 10m cascading waterfall viewing right on the property, - two relaxing bush walks, - animal feeding, and - the tranquillity- these are ALL included! 🌱 We open everyday during School Holidays; weekends during school term. 🌱 We have 2 paddocks 1. ORCHARD (5 sites) 2. PINE TREES (8 sites) Both are peaceful and private. Strictly no loud music or parties allowed. 1-3min to amenities. 🌱 ON ONE SITE, you may ONLY have 5 campers, in either: A.) ONE Caravan; Camper trailer; Motorhome; Family or multi-room tent (8-10man). OR B.) TWO Small single-room-tent (6man tent or less) Sites allocated by us a few days before check-in. With your own supply of chopped firewood and your exclusive fire pit, it couldn’t be easier to leave your worries behind. 🌱 You are not just booking the charming Bus; you are booking an immaculately maintained property, complimentary fire pit and firewood, stunning 10m cascading waterfall viewing right on the property, two relaxing bush walks, animal feeding, and the tranquillity- these are all included! 🌱 On the day of your stay our friendly camp manager will welcome and show you to the Bus and answer any questions you may have. - 🌱 If friends/family want to camp beside the Bus with you, you can book up to 4 tent sites through our "ADD-ON Camping" Hipcamp listing. We absolutely LOVED our stay at Fern Valley Ranch! Honestly, this might be our favourite campsite we’ve ever stayed at, and we already can’t wait to come back again and again. The entire property is so beautifully maintained and the amenities were in immaculate condition. You can really tell how much care and effort goes into looking after the place, and it made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. The booking process was seamless, and the communication leading up to our stay was fantastic. The instructions were incredibly clear, detailed and well thought out, we felt completely prepared before we even arrived, which made everything so easy, especially as campers. The staff were also absolutely lovely, friendly, welcoming and so accommodating throughout our stay. Fern Valley Ranch genuinely exceeded our expectations. Such a beautiful, peaceful and well run campsite, and one we’ll definitely be returning to. I think we may have found our new favourite camping spot. Can’t recommend it enough.

We really enjoyed our stay, large campsite with big fire pit. Quiet place, kids loved to feed the horses and walk trough the orange tree field. For me the waterfall was my favourite it is really beautiful and only 10 minutes from the camp. Will definitely comeback.

We loved our stay! The property and facilities were immaculate, and the location was perfect — close enough to amenities when you need them, but far enough away that you truly feel like you’ve escaped everything. We loved exploring the beautiful waterfall and bushwalks throughout the property. The tractor ride was also a highlight, with the kids loving the chance to feed the animals. Everything was so thoughtfully set up and well maintained. We would absolutely recommend it!

We had a great time camping over the weekend amongst the pine trees. The sites were spacious. Fire pit was great. The kids had a ball walking to the waterfall, feeding the cows and picking some oranges will definitely be back.

So Much More Than We Expected

I thought I was signing up for just another campsite, but it turned out to be one of the best family weekend experiences we’ve had. There was so much more than just camping — a tour with the animals, a tractor ride, a beautiful orchard and pine trees, and a gorgeous short walk to an amazing waterfall. It’s the kind of waterfall you’d normally expect to hike for hours to reach, yet it’s right there! The facilities were excellent too, with clean flushing toilets and hot showers. The caretaker and camp manager were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. It’s also conveniently located not far from the M1 exit, so getting there was easy. I honestly couldn’t ask for much more from a family camping weekend. Thank you for such a wonderful experience — we really appreciated it and would happily come back again.

Had a lovely weekend in the pines with friends. Has everything you need amenities, fire pits, beautiful walks, gorgeous waterfall well worth a look and the hosts are very welcoming and offer a tractor ride to see the farm on Saturday afternoon.

We had a wonderful weekend camping here! Jiji and all the camp managers were fantastic from start to finish. Communication before and after our stay was excellent, and they made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The property itself is absolutely beautiful and the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a relaxing weekend. The amenities were clean and well maintained, and the tractor ride to feed the animals was a fun added bonus. And, of course, the waterfalls are a real highlight and not to be missed! We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this beautiful spot to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you for having us — we had a fantastic time! ❤️

Loved camping at this farm. The Leanne and Ben were lovely and the amenities are brand new. There is enough of space between campsites to have your privacy. We were also taken on a farm tour where we could feed the chooks, cows and fish.

We spent the weekend, took our caravan. Had a lovely weekend. The cows Greeted us over the fence and watched us set up. The Kookaburra’s made sure the worms kept their heads down. The amenities were clean tidy and the showers were spot on. The water fall was well and truly worth the walk and you have to take a bag of oranges from the orchard. We will be back 💯 %

Lovely Hipcamp an easy drive from Sydney for the weekend. The waterfall was gorgeous and an easy walk. The tractor ride and animal feeding was thoroughly enjoyed by my children. We loved our stay and we'll be back!

The FVR Waterfall is Sensational

I stayed at Fern Valley Ranch for three nights with my 10 year old daughter, girlfriend, and her pet Dingo Diego. We absolutely loved our stay and here's why. The Private Waterfall The waterfall onsite greatly exceeded our expectations. It was at least four times bigger than expected and had a pool and a mini beach at the bottom. It's only a 5 minute walk from the campsite and we even took a table and chairs down there to have a picnic and paint the waterfall on canvas. The Orchard We camped inside the orange orchard and it was a beautiful spot. The sunset was incredible and we loved being able to pick fresh fruit right from the tree. The Facilities FVR has multiple toilet blocks with hot showers. All amenities were clean and comfortable. There is also a playground on site and lots of signage everywhere. The Animals We loved feeding the cows, looking at the chickens and having an impromptu photoshoot with the horse. We even were lucky enough to see wild deer! If your kids love animals, you will love FVR. --------- We stayed in the middle of Winter (July) and it was beyond freezing. It was so cold, a family near us left early because they couldn't cope. I urge you to pack super warm - like it was the snow. It's a BYO firewood situation. We only brought one bag when we should have bought at least 3 for each night we stayed. Bring lots! There are no communal sheltered areas like a big shed. So when it rains, you'll be stuck at your site. Prepare for that!

We had such a good time at Fern Valley Ranch. The location is gorgeous, and the kids loved exploring the orchids and looking at the farm animals. Toilets and showers were always spotless, and the fire pit was a nice touch. communication was great & Leanne & Jiji were so lovely to deal with. we will definitely be back and can highly recommend it to all types of campers!

Was a thoroughly enjoyable stay with clean and accessible amenities and plenty of activities for the kids - manageable hike to the private waterfall, farm tractor tour, daily farm fresh eggs, orchard walk and of course, fire! A big thanks to all the staff working so hard to make our stay amazing, I was camping with my two kids first time by myself. The rain did not stop but the site and incredible team made it fantastic place to stay. Definitely recommend and will be returning.
