Beautiful, private plot of land suitable for a tent, caravan, or tiny home near Dunoon. Location: • 3 minutes from Dunoon (General store, school, post office, sports club, and Whian Whian Falls) • 5 minutes from The Channon (Tavern, markets, and Protesters Falls) • 10 minutes to Clunes (Shop, cafe, butcher, and school) • 12 minutes to Lismore CBD (Everything you could need) • 35 minutes to Byron Bay This is at the center of the hinterland, with access to some of the Northern Rivers' most desirable locations. This tranquil spot is nestled within the trees, at least 250m from the nearest building—not that you would know, as it is totally secluded with no visual contact with any other house. It is located on a 100-acre farm growing native Australian macadamias. The space for the tiny home is situated within an organic orchard where no fertilizers or pesticides have been used for over six years. The site itself measures 9m x 9m, is totally flat, and features nature views toward distant ridgeline horizons. Access is incredibly easy. The driveway is all-weather and suitable for 2WD vehicles. The entrance has been upgraded and is right off the main access road, which takes you directly to Dunoon, Lismore, waterfalls, and national parks. You have your own fully private entrance that is yours and yours only. The site is best suited for a fully self-contained caravan, tent, or tiny home. Water and power connections are currently in the works. Please get in touch if you are interested!Beautiful, private plot of land suitable for a tent/caravan close to Dunoon.
