We are a family working farm that is happy to share our beautiful property. When you need to escape the hustle and bustle and find peace in nature, with easy access to a private, secluded river/creek frontage property. Whether you love doing landscape artworks, fishing, bushwalking, or birdwatching, we offer a perfect spot to relax and connect with nature. The Windmill is a flat grassy space on the banks of the Plain Creek, perfect for guests wanting to enjoy the sandy and water scenery of Plain Creek. Or families ready to have an awesome time away with kids. All Guests will enjoy open area. Please note there may be another guests visible to each other. There are no amenities and guests need to be self contained, take waste with them and leave no trace. The Windmill Site is accessed by driving through our paddocks and gates. It would be preferable to have a 4WD or SUV. There is a wishing well, children will need to be supervised as it doesn't have a cover over it. There is plenty to do for all groups just outside your door bushwalking, birdwatching, sitting and watching the clouds, or watch the world roll by.

Secluded private one camper beautiful site. Self sufficient campers. A beautiful spot where the Talbragar River and Plain Creek meet. To access this site campers will need to drive through paddocks and open a gate. Campers need to have a 4wd car or a SUV and camper trailer/caravan or their own personal camping facilities. There is no bathroom amenities and campers will need to take their waste with them and leave no trace. There is plenty of room to turn around and park vehicles for the best view advantage point.

We were met by Alison & shown to a beautiful location on their property for setting up camp. We were the only ones there & felt safe & very comfortable on their lovely property. We’ll defiantly return & had a great 2 night stay, with a day trip to Dubbo zoo.

Totally recommend so tranquil. Unfortunately my hubby has a bad back and he put it out while camping so we had to cut it short. But we will definitely be back 100%

Great spot well located with access to the golden Highway and Dubbo for tourism or Ballimore Hotel for a beer and a quality feed. The host couldn’t do enough to make my stay one to remember. Highly recommend!!
