Driving up to Chemeketa Park felt like a trip back in time. Growing up in Cupertino and spending weekends in Santa Cruz, the scent of the redwoods and the winding mountain roads immediately brought back fond childhood memories. Instead of the sterile environment of a San Jose hotel, I spent my evenings watching the sunset—a quiet, powerful way to reminisce.
What makes this spot special are the details. I spent my mornings making drip coffee (using some great Japanese blends I brought along) and enjoying the stillness of the mountain air.
As a Boy Scout leader, I always live by the Leave No Trace principles, and this site makes it easy to be a respectful guest. The unit is clean, the Wi-Fi is reliable for those who need to stay connected, and the hosts are just a text away if you need anything.
Final Verdict: Whether you’re a local looking to reconnect with the landscape or a professional tired of the "business-casual" hotel life, this Airstream is a gem. I’m already planning my next stay.

The experience of glamping is pretty great. All the amenities you need are available to you in order to have a comfortable stay. The best part is that Rebekkah is proactive to communicate and answer your questions in order to make sure that you have a wonderful experience

Clean and well-kept Airstream in a beautiful, quiet and safe neighborhood in the mountains. The host was very friendly and helpful. The neighbors were very welcoming and kind. Property was exactly as advertised. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

Santa Cruz Mountains Airstream
We had a great time staying in this cozy airstream. In a safe residential area surrounded by redwood trees and the peaceful sounds of crickets at nights. About a 20-30 minute drive to Santa Cruz. Loved that we were able to park so close to the spot. It helped with loading and unloading. The bed was so comfortable and just the recharge we needed. First night we brought our cast iron to make a steak on the stove. Plates, pots, and other utensils were provided. The Apple TV was also a nice touch. Rebekkah was super responsive. We had such a great time with our pup! We def recommend checking out this spot!

second time here, first time flying solo. it was marvelous. the most quiet 4th of july ever. no noise. just peace. i watched movies, had delicious food that i cooked, had a nice hot shower, and was plenty comfortable hanging in the cosy bed. truly such a great staycation spot. rebekkah was truly so hospitable once again. so glad i booked last minute to enjoy a delightful second stay.

A hidden gem, I cannot recommend this site enough! I was driving in from a week long stretch of camping, and the relaxation & peace of the airstream was just what I needed. My dog and I enjoyed morning walks through the redwoods in this quiet, safe neighborhood. Rebekkah was quick to respond to any questions, all while maintaining our privacy. Comfortable bed, cute camper, all the kitchen amenities we needed, and good wifi connection to catch up on some work. I felt like we could stay here forever!

i absolutely loved it here!! my boyfriend and i had the best time and i was so impressed with how clean and cozy it was. shower access, plenty of outlets, and a tv were incredibly clutch and rebekkah was also such an amazing host providing ice for us upon request. great location in the mountains and getting there was easy (though i recommend finding the way before it’s too dark). would 100% recommend to others

The absolute cutest airstream with an amazing host. Rebekkah was extremely attentive and gracious. We had really bad storms and lost power, she immediately on top of things, sending messages to make sure we were ok and letting us know that she had a generator that she brought down and hooked up to the camper.
In the mountains, tucked away in a wonderful neighborhood, the camper was great! So very well stocked with dishes, utensils and even shampoo and body wash for the shower! The bed was fabulously comfortable and when we did have power, we were even supplied with Apple TV along with apps that we can sign in to. We were even able to watch the new Joker movie!

This was our first stay using HipCamp. Our summary can only be defined by the first words by girlfriend uttered when she opened the door… “WOW”! Everything was perfect, the attention to detail by the furniture/blankets, the lighting, the SMELL… the atmosphere was amazing. Our host was very responsive and made the experience only so much better. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cute getaway, a home away from home, or for just anyone looking for a cool experience!

Staying here was an absolute dream! The airstream was very comfortable, clean and smelled amazing. It was so cozy! The area around was very beautiful and quiet. I loved exploring and experiencing the nature and hikes near by. I will absolutely book again!

No complaints at all - we loved staying in the airstream!! It was a great place to unwind at after spending our days exploring. Rebekkah responded to our questions quickly and made herself available for anything regarding the airstream. Despite being around other homes, we never felt like we lacked privacy and the neighborhood was quiet. We hope to come back soon!

I had a great stay in Rebekkah’s air stream! It was so comfortable, well decorated, clean, and had absolutely everything I needed, plus very clear directions. Rebekkah was also very helpful and communicative and always got back to me quickly. It was parked in her driveway, which was in a cute little group of houses in the woods. I would definitely stay here again!

This was my first Hipcamp experience, so I had my reservations but....SO comfortable and quaint!! I've always wanted to stay in an Airstream, and Rebekkah's did not disappoint!!! Minimally and tastefully decorated, you will feel right at home in this tiny abode. Located in a beautifully wooded area, it is not hard to find, and easy to pull into. I was visiting family in San Jose while traveling North to Seattle and this was a fantastic spot to nestle in for a couple of nights. You will not be disappointed by your stay!!! Will be back if I am in the area again. Thank you Rebekkah- all the best!!!

Such a cozy place to stay for a weekend trip! Rebekkah was super friendly and gave us suggestions for where to try viewing the meteor shower while we were in town, and lent us some blankets for our time outside. Would definitely stay here again if we're around.

Finally, an affordable Airstream! Had quite a lovely time living in one for two nights. Rebekkah was a great host with fast and open communication. The trailer itself was ideally kitted for 1 or 2 persons. The location was a stones throwaway from the city with access to food, groceries, and other basic needs. I would definitely stay again for its host, location, cleanliness, and cost. Thank you!

We loved staying in Rebekkah’s Airstream! We were in town for a wedding and the location was great for being close to the airport, rehearsal dinner, and wedding. The Airstream was clean, cozy and in a quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend!!!

Cozy & comfortable retreat in a spectacular area away from the hustle & bustle of the city, but close to its amenities and cute quaint Los Gatos!!! Also a nice between spot in between Santa Cruz & San Jose.

This was the perfect staycation! It has everything you might need and has the best vibes. My fiancé and I came here for a rainy night and it was so cozy and perfect. The heated mattress pad was the best extra touch and kept us so warm. Thank you to Rebekkah for being a great host!
