Third time staying here. It is so beautiful. So thoughtfully done. The hosts make everything so comfortable and are always adding more amenities. Truly a place of respite and reset. Grateful it’s so nearby.

All the little things make perfect

We loved Tent 01 and the shared spaces at Sana's and William's place. They've set up a really impressive and comfortable site on the side of the mountain where I think most people would not have had the vision they've now created into being. We've stayed at many canvas tents and none have had the touches and details that Fancy Camp has to make you comfortable. The bed and pillows were more comfortable than many hotels; everything was extremely clean and well kept; the bathrooms have actual plumbing; I thought I'd take a short "cold plunge" in the shower while it heated up but it ran hot in seconds; delicious coffee and fresh eggs; waffle towels; string lights everywhere including some in the shape of a heart on one of the trees; cutest linens, cutlery and furniture. We had an amazing bonfire at sunset overlooking the ocean and loved the visits by their dogs and goats. Lots of bugs outside in the warmer months (can't do anything about that!) but we barely had any come into the tent during our stay. Their place is also so easy to get to and very close to all cities so kind of a no brainer! Only tip would be to pack light as they suggest -- we brought some of our usual camping stuff but left 90% of if in the car. The tents are also stair climbs up and down the side of a mountain so it'll be a workout if you bring too much.

Serene Retreat

This was a perfect spot to breathe and decompress. With a mountain top view of rigid coastal terrain, looking down towards the ocean, it doesn’t get much better than that. Sana was a great host, very good with communication and making us feel welcome and comfortable. We look forward to hopefully staying here again in the future!

Wonderful experience

Had a wonderful, relaxing time in Tent #2! The views were beautiful, and the tent+amenities were new, comfortable and had very thoughtful touches. Sana was very responsive and took care of all of our needs, going above and beyond. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Hidden gem in Woodside

Fantastic stay. It feels completely tucked away in the redwoods, yet it’s only about 30 minutes from SFO and Silicon Valley. Tent 01 was very private, comfortable, and beautifully set up. The bed was cozy, the wood stove kept everything warm, and the deck overlooking the forest was the perfect place for morning coffee. Loved all the thoughtful touches like fresh eggs, coffee, and firewood. The bathhouse was clean and close, and the whole property has a peaceful, special feel. Seeing the goats wandering around was a fun bonus. If you’re looking for a quiet escape in nature without going far, this is an amazing spot. Would definitely come back.

King's Mountain Camp was beautiful and Sana was a wonderful host. The whole property is so peaceful, the tent was so cozy and tastefully furnished and the ocean view was amazing.

Absolutely beautiful spot. Amazing view, all four spots are far enough apart that you forget about any potential neighbors, and your own private Flushing toilet and raindrop shower. The host was very friendly and helpful. Literally everything you need is there. Walk to my cabin was senic with a winding trail made out of rock steps and cut path. I do caution future campers that when packing remember you will need to watch your steps the whole way to the cabin. I recommend backpack coolers and such especially when so much is already provided for you. It took about 10-15 min when carrying items and going slower. My kiddo had a blast exploring with the goats and swing.

We had a wonderful stay at Sana’s campsite. Even with the rain, it was cozy and magical. The decor was thoughtful, and we really appreciated the warm hospitality, especially Roman’s help carrying our things. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Worth it, even in the rain

Loved our stay! It was POURING rain and it was still a lovely stay. Everything was very clean and even though we couldn't see the views, we enjoyed being in nature. I 1000000% recommend staying here. If I could change anything, and I'm nitpicking, I would prefer not to have to wash the dishes at the end. It's not the cheapest stay, but worth the visit! We didn't get to see the goats and animals either as our visit was cancelled due to the dog recently having their puppies. This is part of the reason we booked here so we were a bit bummed, but again, nature was awesome. Thank you for everything!

We loved our experience at Fancy camp in Tent #1! Sana and William created a beautiful campsite filled with all the things needed for a comfortable stay—peaceful surroundings, cozy bed, blankets, warming stove, games, farm fresh eggs, coffee, hot shower, and clean bathroom. From the tent you get stunning views of the forest and delightful daily visits from friendly goats roaming around munching at the vegetation. Bonus—the olive oil, pomegranate molasses, and spices sold at their farm stand are very delicious!

Amazing glamping spot. So much was taken care of that I didn't need to worry about putting things together. This made the experience even more peaceful and calming. Sana and Jairo were super helpful during booking, arrival, and the stay. I highly recommend this spot to anyone. It truly made for some wonderful family memories.

We came for a weekend where it was rainy and slightly cold, yet still had a magical, rejuvenating, wonderful experience. The animals around the farm, the views, the cozy tents, all culminate to make a magical and unique experience. The hosts were very friendly and super responsive-this is a very special place, can’t recommend enough!

Amazing Experience!

Loved everything about Sana and William’s - we were greeted by Meowsicle the cat upon our arrival, we enjoyed beautiful sunsets over the forest and ocean views straight from our tent, and ate farm fresh eggs every morning! We also loved being visited by the friendly goats (who loved chin scratches). Sana and William were both very friendly and helpful whenever we needed them. I would absolutely stay here again.

The tent cabins are built on the side of a steep hill so the trails down to them are rugged, but there are steps and railings to assist. The cabins are very comfortable and have everything you need. The goats are fun to interact with. The eggs from the chickens are really good. The view is spectacular and the hosts are extremely accommodating.

ideal romantic getaway!

my partner and i stayed at Sana's camp for our anniversary, and it was the most perfect overnight trip to celebrate! even before arriving, Sana had been very responsive to any questions i had and was very prompt with responses throughout our stay as well. the moment we arrived, we were greeted by their friendly cat (the best way to start the stay) and then Sana welcomed us and showed us around. we were immediately enamoured with the charm of the place, and the view from our tent was so beautiful! the campsite amenities were thoughtful, comprehensive, and clean. i don't think i'd ever been camping with such clean and tidy amenities before! and they even had complimentary eggs for us from their chicken coop! so sweet! each tent was far enough from each other to offer ample privacy while also not feeling too isolated. our tent specifically came with a rope hammock to lay in! this is indeed a very romantic spot so perfect for any couples celebrating. i would definitely visit again and recommend to my friends! thank you Sana! :)
