Great facility! Didn’t get to use any of the amenities due to our schedule but it was super clean, super convenient, and super reliable! I’d highly recommend it to anyone! We look forward to staying here again!

It was not quite like I expected. So close to freeway and so it was quite noisy. Also I put down I had a pop up trailer. We got there and she said she would allow us this time for one night but not allowed in the future.

Conestoga Wagons
I stayed in one of the glamping wagons and loved it. The location near Sedona was great and the wagon itself was so cute and campy. It honestly felt like Oregon Trail in real life. It was perfect for two people and felt private, clean, and comfortable. The locked private bathroom for our wagon was such a nice surprise. The RV resort amenities were great too, especially the hot tub and pool after a long day of hiking. I highly recommend it.

Such a cute place, it was perfect very comfortable. A little noisy but that’s what we expected being in a covered wagon. But the bathroom and shower was very nice and clean and very welcoming after all the hiking.

We stayed in the conestoga wagon and it was so fun! Very comfortable and clean and the private bathhouse was perfect! They had fun Halloween events while we were there and all of the buildings we went in were very clean and very nice! Would definitely recommend staying here!!

We had a great time at this campground! Cute little playground for the kiddos with several pickleball courts. Laundry was close by, large and super clean!

Quiet during my 2 night visit. Beautiful property with many different options. Would recommend it. Only issue is they don’t have an rv age restriction here while the part doesn’t allow older than 20 yrs

It was a great site to stay at. Perfect amenities for adults and kids. The activities planned were spaced out and great fun. Deluxe premium spots were the right place to be because it’s centralized to everything! My kids loved fishing in the pond, and swimming. When it got too hot we did activities in the clubhouse. Food truck this weekend was delicious!! I was glad to not cook, and have a healthy food tasting meal. My only recommendation is to light up the pickleball courts at night! It’s too hot to play in the day in the middle of summer. Either way we will be returning!!

Great location to go to Flagstaff, Sedona, Prescott, Cottonwood or Jerome. Nice level sites and although we didn’t use the amenities this time, we appreciated they had a big pool, hot tub, fitness room, clubhouse, pickleball courts, laundry room and much more. It was a great place to go for our first trial run in our new motorhome.

This place is so nice. Cabin is such a refreshing substitute for a hotel especially with a big family. The grounds are beautiful and clean, pool, nature trail creek access. Just all around a great stay.

Conestoga Wagons
The Wagons are a fun and cool experience! We ended up lengthening our stay an extra night because we enjoyed the ambiance, amenities, and accessibility to other areas so much. The only downside: There was one night that several long term guests got very drunk in the clubhouse while we were trying to eat dinner. They blasted music and started being vulgar quite loudly considering how many kids were around (it was maybe 6 or 7 so not bedtime by any means). Not Verde's fault since people do it everywhere but it's such a nice place you forget those people exist until you encounter them. The staff was great and so helpful. The hipcamp app kept failing so the front desk took care of our reservation extension. Pool is heated, hot tubs are perfect, the arcade was a nice touch, the clubhouse is comfortable, the gym was surprisingly serviceable. I don't have any big complaints and we absolutely will stay here again!

Large lots! Pond for fishing! Well maintained and super clean! The store was great! would 100% recommend. Our only critique would that the address vs GPS was a challenge at best. We will be back.

I’d highly recommend Verde camp. Extremely clean, and had every amenity. Also we went over Easter break and they had two Easter egg hunts that my kids had a total blast participating in. My family loved the pool and the game room. We want to make it a tradition every Easter break.

The sites were large and spacious! We were close to the clubhouse and playground, which was perfect for our kids. The park was clean, beautiful views, quiet and had wonderful staff!

We parked our camper van at Verde and it was amazing! The amenities were awesome! We enjoyed spending time in the hot tub after a long hike. Check in after hours was easy and our welcome packet that was left for us had all the info we needed. We are so thankful DeAndre who was closing up the pool gave us an extra 20 minutes after closing to enjoy it as we only stayed one night. We would absolutely come back again!

This RV resort has Amazing amenities, wide open ans spacious sites and wonderful activities. We very much enjoyed our 7day visit and plan to return next winter.

K9 Corner Back In
Communication with hipcamp. I checked in, driving to spot, they called me to say I needed to pay, I turned around, they called back and told me they figured it out. After I checked out I got another call, email and text telling me I didn't pay. When I got home I sent my copy from hipcamp receipt. Seemed so disorganized and that was a lot of being told you owe money to someone you pre paid for. Kinda ruins your mood

RV Ranch is a well-equipped RV park. If you travel with children they'd like all of the activities. There's a dog park but it's small. I prefer to support more local, rural spots. However, it's about 45 minutes from Sedona and right off the highway. So it's convenient but the traffic noise is LOUD.

The covered wagon was a fun stay at Verde Ranch RV Resort! It was cozy and clean with a warm detached restroom & shower. It was also great to have a fridge in the wagon and use of a microwave (along with tons of other amenities) in the clubhouse. Staff at Verde Ranch were welcoming and friendly and we would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a great time staying in the covered wagon. It was cleaner, more comfortable and better quality than any hotel around this price, and on top of that there were lots of activities and amenities going on at the resort to participate in.
