Avant Gardens Rustic Camping

96%
(24)
RV/tent site · Sleeps 8 · Vehicles under 7 m
Avant Gardens offers a small camping area nestled in the bush on 45 acres in rural Leduc County. The property offers 2 separately rented sites: one tenting (or van/RV) spot and one rustic cabin, both with a shared outhouse. The site is for 2 guests with additional guests at an extra fee per night ($15 for adults/teens and $5 per child under 12). Dogs are welcome but please give us a heads-up how many pets you are bringing so we are aware. Quiet time after 10pm is appreciated to respect the nearest neighbours. There is no running water on site. Please bring your own drinking water. Group camping is welcome. Firewood is available for purchase. You are welcome to burn any of the brush piles in the area for firewood. Enjoy a fire nestled in a private place among the trees. The one large campsite is available for tents, camper vans or small RV trailers or tent trailers. The site requires levelling. No hookups are available at this time. There is a second site (rustic cabin) nearby rented separately. The outhouse is shared between the 2 sites (cabin and camping spot). Coal Lake, just up the road, is a smaller, shallow lake that's perfect for small boats. It's a decent place to catch Northern Pike and only a short drive from Edmonton.
