Not really a destination camp site unless you are looking to get away and not be bothered by people or are just coming for first aid training. Full size beach volleyball/badminton court, walking trails, and small garden area are on site. Very convenient to Lyons/Vidalia (10 minutes)- restaurants, new hospital, shopping. Good access for whatever size towable or drivable camper/RV you have. Plenty of great spots for primitive camping as well. Dumpster on site for trash. Well water available by food grade IBC tote and automatic pump - Can use on demand or connect to your RV. No pump out options. Toombs county is a very free county, and with that you will hear freedom in the distance from hunters, dogs, etc. We offer Wilderness First Aid and CPR/First Aid training onsite. Camping is free/included with the purchase of a full, multi day Wilderness First Aid class. Skoolies welcome. Someone is on site and available 24/7 for any issues or needs. We are off a rarely maintained county dirt road FYI. If you are high maintenance, this isn’t the place for you. Bring a 5 gallon bucket, bucket toilet seat, bags and wipes and you will likely be a happy camper. May be open to some longer term visitors. Great place for a travel nurse with pets. We can ensure they are cared for/walked while you are working.

Elaine is also the chef at a local hunting plantation where she works in the Fall. We bought this neighboring property in 2021 and renovated it ourselves with the help of our family and friends. The outdoor furniture, shelving, countertops and kitchen bar were all built by Matt. We love this 'barndo" and hope you do as well!Enjoy your stay,Learn more about this land:Welcome to our "barndo" at Rustic Pines!- We purchased this barndo and completely renovated it in 2021- It is surrounded by woods, sits on 5 acres and is located 10 minutes from I-75 and the Georgia National Fairgrounds in Perry.- It has 1250 sq ft of living space, and plenty of outdoor space-We have high speed internet, smart TV's and Dish Network in every room- There is 1 accessible queen bedroom and bathroom downstairs, and a queen bed , queen sofa bed and bathroom upstairs.-We have a fully stocked kitchen with a coffee maker, Keurig, French press, pour over , coffee grinder and tea kettle. We have a starter supply of teas and coffee.- There is a "mudroom" to store your boots, hunting gear, horse tack etc- The "Cook Shack" has a charcoal grill, fridge, sink, ring toss games and TV.Important things to know before you book:- You will need to provide Airbnb with your government ID before booking your stay, for your protection as well as ours.- Children are welcome , but please be aware that our place may not be suitable for young children.- You must be 25 years of age or older to book this property.- We do not allow any events or parties.-For your safety and ours, we have 3 security cameras. They are located on the front porch, garage and 1 directed at the driveway.- Although the barndo is in the country , it is located on GA-224 and you will hear cars going by.-Cell service is very spotty, but we have excellent WIFI.- The barndo is surrounded by woods, so keep an eye out for insects, snakes and lizards.- Bugs are not associated with cleanliness issues and occasionally come in from the outside. We do routine pest control. As long as you keep all the doors and windows shut, it will be more difficult for them to get inside. We are unable to offer any guarantee against or refunds for an occasional bug in the house.#countryliving-We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items, but will do our best to reunite forgotten items with our guests.- We have used a lot of reclaimed wood so be aware that some of the wood isn't smooth and you will get splinters if you "rub" it.We want you to enjoy every minute of your stay and hope you feel the love that we have poured into this place.There is a 1 car garage that you are welcome to use.

In 2005, while in Cordele for a family reunion, Mama noticed a sign that read, “40 acres For Sale.” She encouraged my then husband, Ken, and me that we should consider the purchase as we had been talking of buying land in Cordele. We called the owner at the time, Mr. Ben Thornton, to express our interest. Ken and I met Mr. Thornton on the land and negotiated the sale price. Three months later, we were the new owners of what used to be Cordele’s prominent sawmill.Tokrasee Farm, we call it, is a 44-acre land space located on 11th Street, right at Highway 41, just South of the Farmers Market in the City of Cordele, Georgia. The Farm is just down the street from where my grandparents, Warren and Ozzie Bell Kinchen, lived on 11th Street. To add to the nostalgia, 11th Street is also home to my Mom’s 1st place of business, the salon built by her father, Kinchen’s Beauty Box, which she owned at the early age of 15.Over time, the vision for the Farm has become more clear, a vision that compliments the natural landscape and features of old railroad tracks, wetlands, a nature trail, concrete slabs, and beautiful forests. It is perfect for not only for an outdoor community center and campground; Tokrasee Farm makes a great spot as the center of community, where people can unite in love and harmony. Our vision further includes an organic garden of Eden, not only in terms of the quality of the soil for vegetation we will grow, rather in terms of the spiritual elements of peace and serenity that one experiences while on these blessed grounds.The concrete slabs are just right for staging large concerts, weddings, tea parties, family reunions, and other outdoor events. The open areas of grass make for cozy picnics. The winding paths leading around the area of the land seemed to have been divinely purposed for a nature trail with eye-catching ponds that only enhance the beauty of the geographic layout of the Farm. And the rest, we leave for wild-life that help comprise our eco-system. In the coming months, we will have constructed several pavilions for our guests who may want coverings for seated eventsIn 2013, some eight (8) years after its purchase, it was clear that the Farm would be named after Mama. The vision was so akin to her nature as a loving, caring, sharing human being. Therefore, the proper name of the land is “The Ozzie Kinchen Ritchey Community Center Farm & Event Venue.” We refer to the venue as Tokrasee Farm, an abbreviated phonetic pronunciation of the actual acronym, TOKRCC, of which the Farm’s proper name.Today, Tokrasee Farm is mostly maintained by three primary farmers: my Dad, Mr. James Palmer, my brother, Mr. James Baker, and my godmother, Mrs. Lillian J. We are less than 15 miles from I-16 in the middle Georgia area. We are located less than 10 miles from the Hugh Gillis Public Fishing area and less than 15 miles from the Oconee River. We are also with a few miles of several wildlife management areas. The largest town around is Dublin which is about 15 miles away. Additionally we are within just a few miles of the small town of Adrian which has a gas station and Dollar General for necessities.
