Our Toobs are repurposed 2.1m diameter by 2.4m deep concrete pipes with one way glass, a queen size bed, 2 small bedside tables, light, power points, electric blanket(winter), pedestal fan (summer)all linen, towel and curtains for privacy. Internal volume is just over 9m3. They've been called glamping pods, concrete tents, micro habitats, sleep stations. . . .but at heart, they're an immersive experience. How they look, where they are, the way you sleep and where you wake up is an altogether novel experience that we feel most people will enjoy. Toobs are serviced by a shared safari-style wash house with hot water shower and composting loo. Our block is on the Rails to Trails beside the Margaret River. Main Street and cafe strip are a short 10 minute forest walk away. We are popular with mountain bikers due to our close proximity (ride to trails) MR's MTB trails. Sleeping up to ten adults, this is the perfect property for families or adult groups to escape the city life and enjoy the magic of Peppy Beach. The upper sky deck and main balcony both have panoramic ocean views. The lower level is entirely self-contained and can offer privacy within groups (if required). Take a two minute walk to the beach, soak in the long sunsets, or explore multiple award-winning wineries within a short drive. The Seaview Manor consists of four levels: - at the back of the property, walk up to the stunning sky deck and experience panoramic ocean views. Enjoy a drink and soak in the sunset or start your day with a breezy coffee; - on the top level of Oceanview Manor, you will find two large bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a king bed and a dedicated en-suite as the master room. The master also contains clear ocean views and a walk-in wardrobe. - the middle level contains a fully functional kitchen, laundry and guest bathroom. You will also enjoy two spacious sitting areas, one of which has a comfortable sofa bed and the other is a single day bed. Most importantly, there is a huge balcony where all of your guests can enjoy a BBQ dinner or drinks with an unobstructed view of the ocean; and - the lower level is an entirely self-contained two-bedroom lodge with a large bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and lounge area with an additional day bed that turns into a king sized bed if required. Both bedrooms also have views, with the larger room containing a queen bed and the smaller room containing a bunk bed with trundle (1x double & 2 x single). Seaview Manor also has a large garage and additional car parking.

Weekend Trip to Busselton Villas and Glamping

It is a great glamping site. Clean, spacious, full equipped, close to town centre, and walking distance to the beach. The only unpleasant experience was checking in at the reception. The lady rejected to check in for us in the beginning because the booking name is not my official name on my ID. She asked me to change my Hipcamp account name where I made the booking when I asked her for solution. I told her I couldn’t do that and she said she couldn’t check us in then. Until my 8 years old son became frustrated and out of control as he thought we couldn’t check in, the lady suddenly changed her attitude. She checked my ID and the registration form (which contains my full name, ID number, car plate number, all guests’ full name) I filled before I came and finally checked us in. So what was the point to change my Hipcamp account name?!

Gorgeous wildlife, ocean and hill views, comfortable with a singular gas stove and utensils for basic cooking and a camp fridge for food and drinks. We had a lovely weekend at Toobizmo! The toobs were cozy and comfortable, the surroundings were gorgeous, and the outdoor bathroom and shower were downright magical. Super easy access into Margaret River village on foot. Richard was really lovely, responsive, and helpful.

Great place to stay! What a cool experience. The beds were really comfy. The tubes have a cosy vibe to them. It was a little cold (we did stay in mid July 😂) but with the electric blanket it was fine. The outdoor shower / toilet were cool too. Would recommend!

I loved how private the Pods felt and how warm they were, even in the winter! Great location from the town with an easy 15 min walk through the woods into town. Heard no noise apart from Kangaroos when I got back late at night which was amazing. Will defo come back!

Nice perimeter walk for the dogs (on lead). Multitude of kangaroos, emus in border paddock. Friendly inquisitive chickens. A variety of native bird species viewed from verandah. Great canoe launching spot at Jalbaragup Bridge.
