The Pleasant-Tree site homes our upcycled, rustic bush bathroom, for your exclusive use! Hot shower, composting toilet, fridge/freezer, tea and coffee facilities, bbq, utensils, cutlery and paper plates and bowls, pots, pans, coffee cups, etc.
The site backs right onto the State Forest. You can pitch your tent or park your camper and share your paddock with our three pet sheep, goat and alpaca (or they can move out for the night if you prefer). There are also many regular visiting kangaroos.
Enjoy the tranquillity of our forest and relax by your campfire as you are surrounded by nature and magnificent trees. A 10-minute stroll through the forest will take you into town to visit numerous cafes, gift shops, pub, etc.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, peaceful spot beside the gum trees. Flat sites, kids loved spotting the cows in the adjoining paddock of a morning and evening! Friendly hosts who went out of their way to help us out and close to all the attractions we wanted to visit in Busselton and Yallingup. A fantastic home base for our stay - do yourself a favour and check out the Vasse Village Market! Who knew it would be a highlight of our stay (for the kids, no less!). Like Costco meets IKEA for food, with samples that saw us buy some delicious stargazer fillets and make yummy fish tacos back at camp (amongst other goodies). Thanks for the memories Rural Peace Vasse!

We loved our long weekend at Peaceful Vasse. It was exactly what we needed. Communication before our arrival was succinct & timely. We camped close to the Blue Gums and it was almost as if we were on our own in the bush. Whilst there were other campers in the other spots, we hardly heard or saw them. Chris greeted us on arrival & we knew we could call if we needed anything. It’s close enough to nip to the supermarket in Vasse if you need anything quickly (5mins) or to Busselton if you need more retail therapy. Dunsborough & Margaret River for a day trip is an easy drive. We highly recommend this spot.

What a lovely site, even though it was not green as it was summer, it is still lovely. Especially at night with the stars. The site is pretty with trees and the friendly animals. Alisons rustic toilet and shower set up was fantastic and so appreciated. Starring at the stars while showering was magical. The fact that you get the site to yourself is even better. 5 mins from town makes it so convenient. 10 mins to lane poole for kayaking, hiking and swimming. If you do go in summer, be prepared for March flies, but the Dettol and water (or baby oil) mix we used worked well to determine them. We are looking forward to visiting in spring so we can enjoy the countryside in spring and a beautiful camp fire. Thank you Alison

The road in can be a little bumpy, but once in the sites are great, nice views over the countryside, cows munching away in the paddock, birds singing, nice and peaceful and very well indicated sites with plenty of room and privacy.

Had a stay at Mac's, nice and peaceful and in the trees so had some shade. We arrived late, but Mac was happy to accommodate and actually gifted us a whole local watermelon 🍉 on arrival which was very nice. Would come again for sure, there are a few spots but we were happy to have the paddock to ourselves this weekend. Must be fully self contained as a note. 🙏

Very friendly hosts with great communication. Nice spot and very spacious. Definitely listen to their advice on arriving on their road from the east end if you don't have great suspension - it's very corrugated on the west side. The owner has done a good job levelling it out on the east side.
Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the farm, bushland setting with good access to site. Tranquil, quite with a 10 minute drive into Busselton & all that this friendly town has to offer. This was our base, taking day trips to surrounding areas such as Cape Naturalist, Yallingup, Gracetown & Margaret River. Taking in a couple of wineries. Had a couple of chats with Cris, who was very informative.

Beautiful site, super peaceful. Has everything you need, we just wanted a quick overnight camp from Perth for a bit of a break and this was perfect. BBQ and facilities provided are great but rustic so still feels like you're camping. Perfect location just outside of town and near national park. Could certainly while away some hours here.

Our family cant recommend this site highly enough. Alison and Rob were incredible hosts, the site is lovely and has incredible services (including possibly Australia's best camp shower!) and the kids had an amazing time with all of the birds and animals on the farm. We will definitely be return campers!

Chris and Jacqui's site is prime location to stay. Jacqui introduced herself when we arrived and was extremely welcoming. They have such a nice little property and seeing the cows come out at sunset was a treat. Sites were tidy and only sharing with three others which is nice compared to caravan parks.
Definitely recommend, hubby, bubs and I will be using in future travels.
