Just 1 hour from Perth, Harmony Retreat is a conscious camping space situated on 25 acres at the foothills of the Darling Range Escarpment just 10-15 minutes from Pinjarra and Dwellingup, 7 minutes from the southwest highway, and 3 minutes from Pinjarra-Williams Road. It's an easily accessible and picturesque private property with approximately 7 acres of forest, flushing toilet, hot outdoor shower, a winter creek, a swimmable spring-fed dam, and an abundance of bird and wildlife, nestled between cattle farms in the heart of the Peel region. There are friendly free-ranging chickens and Guinea fowl, a mischievous mini pig, friendly goats, sheep, and a family dog on site. The owners Michelle, Troy, and Carolyne live and work onsite (this is a working farm). THIS IS NOT A PLACE TO BOOK IF YOU INTEND TO PARTY. The camping area is easily accessed by most vehicles. There is a hot water outdoor shower and toilet available to use and within walking distance of each site. CHILDREN - The dam on the property is currently unfenced and has steep sides when the water line is low, therefore this property is not recommended for those with small and wandering children. We also asked that older children are supervised, so as not to vandalise property, nature, gardens and fire-pits (this has been a problem in the past). Friendly dogs are welcome, however, must be kept on a leash at all times, due to free-ranging chickens, livestock and wildlife on the property. There are no cooking facilities available. Therefore, you will need to be completely self-sufficient including cooker, kettle, esky, etc, and also bringing your own drinking water as the water from the taps comes from our spring-fed dam. We do ask that you follow local fire regulations with no outdoor open flames during fire bans. All rubbish and waste needs to be taken with you. However, Peppa the Pig will always appreciate your veggie scraps. Fires are permitted in designated fire pits during fire season. Anyone found having a fire during FIRE BANS will be reported to authorities and asked to leave the property immediately (we need to use firm words around this, as bushfire destroys homes and endangers lives). This is such a great location to explore interesting towns for day trips if you like food and farm stalls. The morning coffee and Other offerings at the little shop onsite is such a treat the camp kitchen was awesome especially if you are off grid and even though we didn’t use the dam it was picturesque. We did a nearby float in a river on Xmas day which was glorious. We have a caravan which could easily go on any site listed. However for our booking ‘running brook’ We did need to use levellers on one side. If you are after more privacy or level campsite the other two are better which we wish the description mentioned more - hidden river is the one you might want to book for privacy . I was disappointed about the leading pic on all listings as it can be misleading as this is not on the property at the time we visited. Also the directions on the current listing are very confusing because the sites are situated at the Lewana cottages which is well Sign posted.

Site is clean and in a great location close to amenities and the beach. 10 min drive to busselton jetty. Only downside was lack of fridge/freezer space in camp kitchen for the size of campsite (only one fridge is supplied). Otherwise, would highly recommend!

Great camp site! Picturesque setting amongst the trees. All the amenities you need with a bathroom shed (flushing toilet, shower, clean water) and another shed (for kitchen area). Hired a three burner (and flat plate bbq) for cooking, and purchased a couple dozen eggs for breakfasts. Great hosts. Friendly and accommodating. They have a huge block of land. There is a caravan stay at the front of their property, but we hired the private area down the back of property, so completely isolated and separate from anyone else. We were there during really hot Christmas weather (high 30s) but we had tree cover protection in the morning and late afternoon as well as and cool, wind during the evenings which was welcome. Looking forward to going back during a cool season. Highly recommend!

The campsite gives you a remote and tranquil feeling while providing a very clean and convenient toilet block within walking distance with hot shower. Only 4 sites are available in the entire area, and each of them are very separated, so you can enjoy your own space and won't get disturbed. There is also a dam where you can swim during summer. Highly recommend!

Plenty of room to get the caravan in and set up. Camp sites are close to the playground and amenities. Maintenance and cleaners were sweeping leaves, tidying up and cleaning all day, every day so everything was spotless. Whitehills beach is 5 min away and the estuary is 200m away from unpowered sites. There is also a pool which is in very good condition and clean.

Quick weekend away. Such a lovely campsite. We enjoyed a game of tennis, a swim and a variety of little animal visitors to our campsite. Close to a variety of activities (fishing, 4WD and shops in Mandurah). Would definitely recommend.

This is a great site if you enjoy privacy and taking in the sounds of nature. A well protected area with the benefit of a basic but more than adequate shower and toilet room along with another small shed for those cold or wet nights especially in winter when a nice fire will warm the heart. Thoroughly recommend a stay here.

I liked the rustic, shady style of the park. Yes it is sandy but I prefer that to a cookie cutter modern park. The kids loved the playground, pool and basketball court as well as a great crabbing beach on your doorstep and successful torchlight possum spotting also able to buy an ice cream at the shop. All this made for a great place to take our grandchildren for a few days.
