Welcome to the Olive Farm!
We are a working olive farm situated on the edge of the Otway Ranges, between Deans Marsh and Birregurra, 25 minutes to Lorne and the Great Ocean Road, and only a few kilometers from the famous Brae Restaurant.
We are in a beautiful part of the world, so please remember and take all your rubbish with you when you leave.
Dogs are welcome, but please be aware that we are full of kangaroos, sheep, and other wildlife, so they may need to be placed on a leash for the safety of fellow campers and wildlife.
Fires are permitted in fire pits, and wood is available to purchase on-site. during the cooler winter months. We have a fragile ecosystem here, so we ask not to bring in wood and to purchase it off the farm.
Olive oil is available, and table olives harvested this year are in brine, ready to jar up. The table olives we have are Kalamata, Spanish Queens, and Jumbo Kalamata.

Excellent Trout Fishing in large dams on property. Rainbow and Brown trout stocked in both dams. Good sized fish.
Old , Rustic Bush Hut at main campsite which has verandah, wooden floor, and can be used for sleeping in or as general purpose area.
Excellent yabby dams on property for the kids and adults who want to do some yabbying.
Also eels in a another couple of dams on property, so it certainly has something for all anglers.
550 acre property which has 3 different seasonal creeks flowing through it.
Six excellent hideaway Camping sites to choose from. Some close to the water.
Large sites which can handle 40 campers per site.
Good areas of bushland and also a working sheep farm. Very private areas for camping. Campfires available but only in months when fire restrictions are not in force.
A wide range of birdlife and duck life, wildlife including kangaroos, possums, echidnas.
In wet weather you may need a 4 wheel drive vechile to access some of the sites.
You will need to bring all your camping gear as these are tent and vechile sites only. We dont have any huts at this stage.
30 minute drive to Ballarat, 45 Min Geelong, 2 minutes drive to the village of Elaine and The Farmgate Shop which is open 7 days a week with a full range of all groceries, bbq needs, drinks, snacks, etc.
5 minutes to dollys creek, 5 minutes to Mt Doran/Lal Lal, 10 minutes to Meredith.
Its a hidden gem. We are happy to take your booking.

What an absolutely amazing set up! Troy is a super friendly and helpful host, he has the most loveliest farm, super kid and dog friendly. You can stroll the farm see some wild life, we saw kangaroos and some sheep, you can kayak on the little river, Troy had a blow up water slide for all the kids... Will definitely be bringing our kids for our next adventure on Troy's farm! Had such a lovely stay!

We had a lovely time over the Labour Day weekend. The place was busy but we still found a quiet space to ourselves. We had a 2WD and tents and got around the property easily as it was mainly flat. The land is spacious, and there’s sites along the water, amongst the olive trees and a plantation next door. We look forward to visiting again when it’s a bit quieter and when campfires are back! Troy was super friendly and takes a lot of care to look after his campers! Thanks Troy

Very picturesque location, great for kids and dogs. We took our 1 year old dog and she had a great time frolicking on the shore. There are toilet all around the camp grounds and the land is well maintained so you have plenty of great sites to choose from. Troy is a great bloke and is very hospitable. We will be back for sure.

We had the best time at the Olive farm! We had 4 families and 9 kids and everyone had a fantastic time. The property is stunning and there are so many areas to choose from. The body of water was great for fishing, kayaking and mucking around. We went on walks through the olive trees and dawn and dusk walks to see the kangaroos. Troy was a great host. Very hospitable and friendly and we tried some of the farm olives which were delicious. Overall it’s a must for families as we have made memories for life. Our kids are still talking about how fun it was! Thanks Troy!

We had a great stay. The property is beautiful and well set up. Fantastic place for families, the kids could ride their bikes around safely and explore with lots of freedom.
The canoeing was also a highlight, everyone loved getting out on the water.

we needed somewhere to stay for the night on our travels around Victoria, This camp was lovely,. many spots to choose from around water edge or away from the water. Troy was very welcoming when we arrived and showed us a map of the place and gave us a run down. If we are down south again we will stay there again for sure !
