This property appears to be a normal house site but opens up to a large beautifully grassed area with large trees and gardens. Perfect for that quite getaway. We are not a caravan park!! We are an alternative to the cramped boxed in conditions you find in caravan parks. Plenty of space, green grass (when we have had rain) peace and quiet.
Large 4800 square metre block. 4 camp sites all dog friendly sites. Gates are locked at night for safety. Great for kids and dogs to ride, run and play. We have a host dog Milo who loves pats and crashing under vans. You will see pictures of him on our website, He is very friendly and quiet. He does have the roam of the place. If you're not a dog person you may need to reconsider your booking.
- Water and power available on request. Small fees apply. Unfortunately, we had to start charging due to excess use by some campers
- Large campfire weather permitting, great for drinks and conversations. We encourage all campers to join in when the fires roaring, We supply some wood always good to bring a bit to keep the fire going. Fire restrictions govern use.
- Plenty of off-street parking We encourage campers to park in the property common sense driving with kids and animals around Its ok to have friends over see camp rules
- Close to supermarkets and shops. 5 minutes from town center by car, 25mins to Bellarine coastal beaches, 30mins to start of great ocean road, 1 hour to Lorne.

Such a great site where you feel in the middle of nature but you're actually so close to home.
The gazebo, chairs and table are really good to have and mean you can pack even lighter!

We had a perfect stay at Warburton Holiday Park. It is an excellent camp ground, with easy access to the river for a relaxing float downstream. The amenities were all clean and well equipped and the town & great old pub just a short drive away.

Beautiful property, access to the billabong is a little walk down the hill but not far. Great spot for large groups. Ground isnt very level for RTTs so bring something to help level if you need it. There was some old planks there for firewood that I used. When I booked it was forecast for 45 degrees so the owner agreed to refund one of the nights.

We loved this stay so much that we booked again as we travelled home. It was our first “all to yourself” stay and we loved the peace and privacy surrounded by nature vs other campers. The camp is in a beautiful bush setting with a short drive to both Wonthaggi and Inverloch. The access to water was appreciate particularly during extreme heat and bins meant we could travel lighter on the way home. The owners are helpful and lovely, Gypsie (their dog) also visited our camp for a pat and was great with our lab. Thanks for a lovely long weekend!

We all loved our stay at Steves place! Relaxingly quiet and private our elderly pooch really loved some space to stretch her legs. Steve and his dog Milo are wonderful hosts, always obliging while sharing some great stories, he is always on for a friendly chat. His place is quiet, clean and well looked after. It was a privilege and a welcome recharge from caravan parks. Thanks Steve and Milo we will definitely look you up again in the future!

Steve is a friendly accomodating host.
He even let me leave some gear at his whilst I transferred from one vehicle to another , an absolute life saver!
And super dog friendly which is a huge bonus in Geelong area . Limited pet friendly caravan parks available especially in peak season
Also provides power and water .
The location is awesome for getting around Geelong and to explore the peninsula and Great ocean road.
Highly recommend a stay here
