We had the most wonderful weekend staying here and honestly wish we could have stayed longer. The cabin is absolutely beautiful – so peaceful, cosy and surrounded by stunning scenery. Waking up to the fresh country air and relaxing by the fire made it the perfect little getaway. The Geoff and Ann were incredible from start to finish. They were so welcoming, kind, helpful and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed and making us feel right at home. Their hospitality really made our stay extra special. You can tell so much love and care has gone into this place, and it made it so easy to switch off and relax. We left feeling refreshed (and a little sad to be leaving!). We can’t recommend this beautiful cabin enough and will definitely be back. Thank you so much for having us!

We loved our stay at Anne and Geoff's cabin. My son loved the open space, and the cow and sheep wandering through, plus the pond with goldfish. We definitely needed the indoor fire and the outdoor fire pit was lovely to have too. Would recommend to anyone looking to get away from it all and have a digital detox :)

We had the most amazing stay! The cabin is so cosy and falling asleep to the crackle of the fire was so relaxing. We loved being off grid and exploring the bushland around. Ann & Geoff were so lovely and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would highly recommend Blackwood Cabin for anyone wanting to slow down and reset from their busy lives. Delightful stay for our family at Blackwood Cabin. The creek was a big hit with the kids, the cabin was comfortable and we loved having our meals outside in the beautiful garden. Was the perfect escape from the rat race that we needed.

It’s in a beautiful spot with plenty of bird life, a small stream only 200 meters away and a well presented log cabin with an open fire pit out the front. Minimal phone coverage but that suited us getting away for some chill time.
